I'm still pretty much a newbie first-time homeowner, so finding out my house needed a new roof was shocking and terrifying. Fortunately, my next door neighbors had their roof replaced within the past year, and recommended that I call Jack Core from Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling. I'm so glad I did! He was awesome from beginning to end. First, he talked and texted with me very patiently, offering lots of useful information and answering every one of my questions to help me understand my next steps and options and allay my concerns. He was consistently responsive and his communication was always professional, kind, and helpful. The job was completed on schedule, just as promised, in just two days, and the workmanship appears to be first-rate. I feel extremely fortunate to have stumbled upon this top-notch company just when I needed them. An estimator was at my house within a day of my phone call. Brooks was very thorough and they started work within the week. The work was done quickly and completely. So far so good, no leaks.
