John and his crew did a fabulous job refacing the cabinets in my kitchen. They were very professional, on schedule and within budget. The workmanship was excellent, down to the finest detail. They will definitely handle my next bath or kitchen project!

I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate.

The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton.

As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best.

I hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to get their home remodeled. This is definitely the company to hire.

We are very happy with our new shower. The installation team of Justin and Scott were excellent - worked extremely hard, keeping their promise of completing the job in a single day. Their professionalism was evident throughout, keeping everything clean, protecting our house, and quickly resolving any issues/questions along the way. Great job!

Competed the project on time and within quoted budget. Stood by their work two years later when a repair needed to be made due to something that was out of their control. Strongly recommend using Derek and his team.

They came in to do stucco work on a new wall and repair work on exsiting stucco. They did a great job with the work, matched paint very close to the other (not easy to do) and cleaned up after their work. They went above and beyond and actually did a little more repair/patch job than originally talked about and did not increase the agreed upon price. Even without that, I am very pleased with their work.

Really enjoyed working with Ross. He always had quality in mind and always seemed to go the extra mile. As a former contractor, I highly recommend him for your bathroom remodel!

Great window quality and service

The subcontractor, Tomas, arrived on time. He spent 3 hours preparing the bathtub for the refinishing since it had chipping paint. He did a fantastic job.

Took out the bathtub and replaced with a shower.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. I had a horrible experience with my shower/bath remodeling with home concept. The bathroom tub was delivered wrong type. The edge of the bathroom tub was not even out until I told them to fixed it. My old customized blind wouldn't fit in after the remodeling, and I was told that they will pay for the new blind I picked. However, they denied to pay for the whole cost of the blind after I had purchased it. The guy who supposed to fixed the edge of the bathroom was so hard to get hold of, and kept forgetting my app. The whole remodeling process is very frustrating and expensive. Please do not use this company. You will regret it.

While trenching to run underground power the electrician cut multiple water drip system lines. I mentioned the issue on the spot sense the lines were clearly visible and was told everything was fine. I trusted the electrician & noticed days later the ground was sinking & the water lines were ruptured. I was lied to and my concerns were disregarded. The company took multiple days to respond to my issue and in order to stop the leak I spent part of my day fixing the problem. They than had the nerve to offer me $12 for the repair not taking in account my time and the frustration. Very deceitful and untrustworthy. Think twice before choosing them.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
