Before contacting this local family owned business I contacted another company and the price they gave me was excessive, Dream Closet Design AZ designed our closets for a reasonable price

I am so pleased with this company only one since moving to Arizona 4 years ago consistently does a great job. I had first done a built in desk with file cabinets and a wall unit behind (so classy) then a mud room ,my wife had a shoe rack, and finally a complete closet done like a pro looks beautiful. Each job beyond fair, done to standard, on time no hassles I couldn't be more Happy and selectively ever recommend but this company will not let you down a job every year ,5 star for this area call for a free consultation, take your time no pressure and not sub out to some knuckleheads' all work done by pros every time Tom AZ

We have been using Response Crew since 2018. The office staff are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The repair men always do a great job and are friendly as well. Pricing is reasonable. I always recommend them to friends and family.

My experience with castle cabinets was great. I replaced my whole kitchen cabinets with a darker wood finish. Staff was super understanding when I could not make up my mind on the color. After install, my kitchen now looks like a brand new house. Kind, professional and knowledgeable. Recommend.

Good salesman and good design. Quality of product is also good. Pricing was a bit suspect. Initial quote was discounted significantly after comparison with other companies. I felt it was unnecessary to start so high. Problems were mainly with communication with the office and the service department. Scheduling took numerous interactions, a simple fix could have been explained over the phone, but instead had to wait for a service call to be scheduled. Ordered shoe shelves after install and they sat on them for over a month, until I called to find out what was going on. Lots of passing of the buck and delayed responses.

Our experience with Kitchen Tune Up was ok, but would not recommend to anyone. Justin was our initial contact and he was amazing! Our issues with our kitchen countertop installs were: 1 - the waterfall edges were not matched up according to the directions I gave ( wanted the left side matched, they matched up the right side - and it's obvious). Pointed this out in email and text - no one acknowledged the problem, proposed a solution, etc. I should have probably pushed the issue and made them re-do the entire island...but I wasn't up to it at the time. 2 - the corbels for our extended island were not installed with the countertop install. I had to point out they didn't get installed and only then did Garth come to see the work. The fix? Extend the wall underneath the counter a few inches and put corbels in. So it works - but messes up the dimensions under our island where we may put cabinetry and beverage fridge at some point. Worst part of this issue is no one even acknowledged yup, we missed it. We are so sorry. They did offer a fix but no acknowledgement of the mistake. 3 - No one from kitchen tune up stays on site to oversee the work of the subs, to make sure all is going according to plans, etc. Other Kitchen Tune Up franchises have representatives stay on site during the work. Seems like the contractor should have been around, checked on the finished work, etc. 4 - you as the client better know exactly what you want. For example, there is no discussion about how far over you want the countertops to hang. They just assume 1 1/2 is whatever wants and that's what is installed. I didn't realize how off that looks - for me it's just too much. Especially on the island as the waterfall edge hangs over the cabinets almost 2. For what I paid, not what I wanted. But this is not my expertise or area of knowledge and I guess I had hoped for some assistance in the process. So unless you ask all.the.questions. they won't be assisting you in options available. I think I could have saved money by just hiring my own subs and supervising the work myself.
