Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Let me know & then we have something to talk about.

A hive of bees took up residence under our gazebo so I researched bee removal companies. The Bee Keeper had many exceptional reviews listed so I called them to come out. Two hours later Jorge arrived and he analyzed the problem. He was extremely thorough and professional explaining bee behaviors and what he needed to do to eradicate them. He was finished in 20 minutes and now 6 hours later, no bees. I would highly recommend this company.

Honestly not sure why I haven’t submitted a review sooner. They’re awesome! Antonio is our service tech. He’s a pleasure to work with, so kind and honest. Customer service is always responsive and helpful. Overall very impressed with their services!

Our renter called to tell us there were many bees around & it wasn’t normal. We contacted Abello Bees after viewing their site and then a referral from a friend. Lara thoroughly explained the process and that the bees would be moved to their apiary. She got us on the schedule quickly. Pictures of the work were provided. We were impressed and asked them to do the repair work required to ensure that “new bees” wouldn’t try to build a new home in the spot. Derek did a great job. Lara’s explanations & pictures are used to educate our grandchildren and friends.
We feel that we have contributed to the care of God’s creation through Lara and Derek. Thanks!
