Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. My overall experience with Pacific Bath Company was excellent. I did a lot of research before purchasing my Kohler Walk-In Bath from Pacific Bath Company. My experiences with other companies was abysmal - from outright rudeness and bad mouthing the competition to not knowing anything about the product. This was not the case at Pacific Bath Company. We made two trips of 120 miles each to visit Pacific Bath Company's office so that I could see and sit in a Kohler Walk-In Bath. While there I had an opportunity to speak with Director of Sales, Nathan; Production Manager, Brett; and Sales Manager, Rick; all of whom were gracious with their time and knowledge. I had a lot of questions which they patiently answered. The Office Manager, Michelle, was always upbeat, friendly and helpful. You can tell that everyone has bought into the Company's customer culture. My In Home Consultant, Trevor, was pleasant, polite and professional as were the installers, Edwin and Dan. I was especially please that they were respectful of my home making sure that nothing was damaged. They also cleaned everything before leaving both days of the install. There were several issues following the install which were taken care of the next week. I am very pleased with the function of my Kohler Walk-In Bath. I especially like the automatic water purge cycle and the automatic turnoff feature of the Bubble Massage Control. I would suggest that a similar turnoff feature be added to the Back and Neck Heater. This was an expensive investment but as the saying goes You get what you pay for. I am very happy that I made this investment in my future health and well being. And, I am very happy that I chose Pacific Bath Company.

We had a great experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. They remodeled our guest bathroom that desperately need a refresh and we are 100% happy with the results. They were professional and great about communicating timelines and made sure our expectations were met. We're looking forward to working with them on future projects!

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

After the remediation, no one could ever guess that the place was demolished a few hours ago. Their services genuinely need recognition.

Tub to shower conversion. Lots of finishes to choose from. Several options for the fixtures. Choice of corner shelves or recessed shelf. Looks really good. Installer was friendly . Price was higher than average, however.

We needed our master shower redone and decided to go with Rebath. You definitely pay for what you get with this company. We were fortunate to have Mason as our installer in charge of our 2 day project. He was incredibly professional and amazing at what he does. He communicated every morning before arrival and before he left for the day he explained what was done. There was constant communication with the whole team involved through GroupMe from the day we signed up, until the day he finished. I couldn’t believe when I walked in when Mason was finishing up, to find him mopping. Talk about first class customer service! It’s nice to have peace knowing that the job was done correctly, with a lifetime warranty and done by someone who truly takes pride in their work.

Our bathroom is so gorgeous! Next is our kitchen, I'm so excited. Looks like a gorgeous new home!

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! The quality of the work is great, when workers eventually do respond. The company fails tremendously at communicating schedule updates and changes. I have asked from the beginning of the project for a schedule to completion and am lucky if I can get them to commit to 2 consecutive days. I was quoted a 3-4 month project duration and am currently on month 6 with no end in sight. I've gone through 4 job superintendents (5 if you include the owner himself) and have had a very disheartening experience with this remodel. I will never recommend this company!

We had a great experience with Better Bath Remodeling. Michael was very easy to work with and his flexibility allowed us to stay within budget. We had the good fortune to work with Martin. He kept us in the loop throughout and collaborated closely with us on all of the details. I had a great experience with Rebath. I was referred by a friend and very pleased with the professionalism and presentation presented to me by Mike Fattaleh. Mike was on time, prepared and answered all my questions about the process to remodel my bathrooms. I liked that the quote for the job was presented to me at the time of the initial meeting and samples were shown to me for the products that they offer. I was in the process of getting pricing from other contractors and he is the first one to show up on time and give me a price for my job. Although I have not moved forward with my remodel at this time I will be using re-bath when I am ready. I feel like they will deliver what they present with no surprises at the end of the job. I highly recommend Re-Bath and Mike Fattaleh to anyone looking to have their bathrooms or kitchen redone. I can’t wait to have them do my job for me!

Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.
