I walked into their location on Thomas Rd, and right away the lady working at the front desk seemed as if I was interrupting her. I asked a question about gluing metal to glass, and if they do custom work like that. She then proceeded to ask someone else in the office right off of the show room about my project, she then come back and told me to use silicone without any explanation or any attempt to help me as if I what she was doing was more important. Little did they know that this small project cost them $500.00, I found another shop to do it, and know they have four of them that they are doing for me right know that will be on displays in Scottsdale, Beverley Hills, and Manhattan.

Terrible Customer Service!

Gabriel came to my house and replaced my windshield for me. He was absolutely amazing! He was quick, efficient, and it looks beautiful. He texted me upon arrival and even locked my car for me before he left! Such a great job. Would definitely use again. Thank you Gabriel!

Clayton from Star glass was grea He came to our home and had the windshield repaired within 1 day of calling. Clayton was on time, professional, secure in his work, polite and quick. The service from Clayton and star glass was very good and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Called for chip repair & it was done 1 hr later!

I seriously wish I would have read some of these reviews before hiring these guys. ZERO communication for months. It literally took 6 months to get 1 window installed. Then as soon as it was done they called me THREE times in 2 days for payment. Do you understand that I had to call this company i would estimate 12 times within 6 months to understand what was happening with our window and it was like pulling teeth and then they had the balls to call me multiple times for payment. I called to speak to the owner and then missed his call when he called back. I honestly did not have the energy to not pay the bill in a timely manner because this lousy company seems like the type that would send me to collections. I do not recommend at all.

James helped me replace my windshield. Great customer service! He texted me about 30 min prior to arriving. Total time was about 30min to replace it. Service was fast, easy and stress-free. Gave me post-installment instructions. Would def use them again!
