Horrible, nobody ever answers. Any issues we need solved they brush off. When they make a mistake they don't fix it, they wait until the next day to deliver windshields. Overall a horrible experience even though I was promised we would be taken care of when ordering from them.

Great working with and the extra cash given is a nice added benefit!

This team has served us for the past three years with outstanding responsiveness, accommodation, quality and installations... at wonderful prices. We are installing white wood plantation shutters. They measured my whole house, (5,000 sf) and we agreed to my ordering, as I could. I added a few windows along the way, (it was easy to miss ones I wanted in the first round); they come again, free, and repeat. The shutters are gorgeous, perfect match to my woodwork and they even did a custom patio door with bifolds that rest on the wall, not in the 'room'. I appreciate them more than they may know. Call them... (it may take a day or two to hear back ) and they will come and make your home beautiful, too. (We still have the entire upstairs to go.... so glad to have them.)

I would highly recommend Sonora Glass to anyone! They provided emergency window replacement service on a Friday night after hours. They fabricated and installed a custom sized dual pane window within a period of 2 hours. On top of the great service, the price was fantastic. Thanks!

Sun devil shutters did a great job with our home. I was surprised they would leave their measurements and pricing for me to use while shopping, but they did. Confidence in their pricing and confidence in their product says a lot about a company. I do not often refer companies but will be glad to do so when somebody asks about my window coverings. Every window turned out as expected and to my satisfaction.

The replaces my windshield, and damaged the windshield wiper blade sensor. I argued with them for 2 weeks about inspecting or replacing the sensor on my car and all they want to tell me is that they installed the windshield correctly and there’s nothing they can do. And then today they hung up on me as I’ve given them ample opportunity to address the issue and even gone back up there only to have them tell me nothing is wrong when I showed them the windshield wipers are wiping a windshield with no water on it. They have the worst customer service and I will never use them again for anything.

Met Mike at the home show, had two windows installed by Windowz4less before March of this year. Absolutely the best windows and customer service. Expert installation, highly professional, couldn't be happier with the experience. Pricing great as well. We plan to have more of our windows replaced in the future and will definitely use Windowz4less again. Highly recommend.
