Just an all around outstanding experience using Imperial Windows to replace 14 windows with energy efficient windows and a large patio sliding door! From the sales experience to installation - 5 star rating - the windows are beautiful, have done everything we expected and the installation crew were fast, did a great job and left no mess behind. Highly recommend for pricing in addition to quality of product and install. Interviewed 7 companies and their pricing was the best.

I had a great experience with this company. Very professional, willing to work with my requests for my catio, and they worked very hard to get things done as quickly as possible. My screened in porch looks great and my cats love it!

Called for quote, very overpriced on labor and when I said no thank you was very short and hung up phone. Other companies at least say thanks for calling and are a bit more customer service oriented. For that 3 stars

Affordable Windows was great! I was dreading the whole new window process. So glad I found Affordable Windows. The whole process from beginning to end was so smooth. From my first meeting with the salesman, John, who was very knowledgeable about their product and he didn't feel like the typical salesman just there to sell you something. Jaime at the office was always friendly and responded timely to whatever question I had about the process, financial aspect and delivery. The installation was great!! Dan, Kage, Nate and Jason, were all very professional, friendly, and right on time!! They worked so well together and seemed to really enjoy doing what they do! I highly recommend Affordable Windows and Plus Exteriors for all your window needs!

Have never used them, now I never will. While at the gas station my battery died, I saw one of their trucks so I went to ask the guy who was playing on his phone if he would give me a jump. He didn’t want to roll the window down, then he says no call a company and rolls it back up. Ijs you never know who could potentially be a customer one day!

The price is good and they got it done fast they were really nice. This is my new windshield place from now on

Hector requested 100% deposit up front. I agreed to 50% deposit and then the work was never completed nor even started. Hector offered the option of a refund which I then requested but no refund was provided and Hector became unresponsive. Lost deposit.
