Shane, Elvis, and Justin were great! They came to install a huge mirror in my daughter’s dance room. They were friendly, quick, and the mirror was perfectly and professionally installed!

I have a house with a lot of windows and I had gotten a couple of bids already, they had better windows and a better price. The installation went really well too. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before you buy windows from someone else.

It was a very pleasant experience from the sales to the installation. Dustin (sales) went above and beyond helping me move furniture and take down blinds. The installation crew was punctual, polite and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with this company and specifically with Tyrone. He drove across town the day I put my request in to take a look at our issue. He was very quick to give me an estimate and get the work done. Tyrone kept in communication with me the whole way, letting me know what was coming and when. The price beat everyone else, and the quality was both in the product and the service. Very highly recommend!

Consultation was very thorough with an in depth look and feel of what to expect. They explained the differences between their competitors: quality lasting longer, energy efficient and much easier to clean. Installation day went without any issues! They showed up on time, answered any last minute questions and got to work. I could not be happier with the finished product!!!!! Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!

Ordered sliding glass doors back in March of 2021, the company said they would notify me when the doors arrive which would take 6-8 weeks. I called the beginning of May 2021 to check the status and the company told me the doors were in. I never received a call from Universal Windows saying my door was in. I called to have the door installed the first week of May 2021 and spoke to Cody. Cody told me he would install the doors on May 10,2021 and would be at my residence around 2-3 pm. It was 3;30 pm when I called and Cody said he would not be able to install my door today. I took off of work to be there so they can install the door. Now Cody is saying 2 weeks out well see if that gets done.

I then spoke to John the manager and told him and he said there was nothing he can do but take off $100 off the back end of the bill. So I lose more money by taking the day off and he is only going to give me $100 dollars.

This company seems to be very shady I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM . They have very poor customer service. I would leave 0 starts if I could. My next review will be the installation if they ever decide to come. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Second time they have come to the rescue for broken windows!

Two guys put in a new windshield on my car. They’re price of $150 was the cheapest one around, so they can have that 1 star, but the windshield is not shaded on the top like it’s supposed to be. Also, they refuse to give me a receipt. Now I see why! So they don’t have to return to put the shade that is supposed to go on the top part of the windshield!

Phil did a great job replacing a broken window for me. As an out-of-state landlord, sometimes it's hard to know who to turn to for repairs but Phil came recommended. His price was fair and it was worth every penny knowing I could trust him to handle the job and any obstacles my tenant might put in the way. He was responsive and professional.

I recently had my windshield replaced with J&M both Javier and his wife Michelle were both honest people did great work they come to you so that way you don’t have to travel very respectful and understanding and affordable I highly recommend this to everyone
