Best Window Screen Repair in Phoenix AZ

Brian Wills of AZ Valley Windows came to the house, showed us a number of options, and even provided us with photos of our actual door with the doors we were considering. This came in handy for the POA approval. The door came a few weeks early, and the installers were very polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves. The new door is beautiful and installed correctly.

I give this company 5 stars. The replaced our front entry door. They were very informative of my options for glass. Completed the project in a timely manner. All staff was very friendly and accommodating :)

Called Sunny State Glass to replace a window that broke due to my kids horseplaying near the window. The installer arrived earlier than expected(which was great for me). The installer Duane went above and beyond to replace my window in a very timely manner. He was very professional and did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend them!!

Answered all of my questions.

Work was done on time and no surprises. Was always able to talk with someone throughout the process and everything handled professionally. Would use again.

this is the worst company to deal with!!! we ordered glass shower doors, they said it would take 2 week, well the 2 weeks came and they said there was a scratch on the glass and it would take another week, well another week went by and we didn't hear from them, so we called and they said the glass had the holes in the wrong place, so it would take another week, so another week went by we called and they said the measurement was wrong,!!! all through this process we have been getting the run around and not getting a straight answer, they lie and make excuses. we want our deposit back but are not getting anywhere, next step is the attorney general.

Love my new windows and sliding doors!!! Not only am I impressed with quality of the windows and doors, but the professionalism of the installers. Eddy and his crew arrived and swiftly began to install them. They were efficient and worked like very well oiled machine. Once installed they made sure no mess was left behind. Highly recommend this company.

The entire sale and installation were handled professionally and efficiently. Josh A and the installation team gave outstanding attention to detail from start to finish. I am pleased with the company, the product and the service I received which exceeded my expectations.

ABSOLUTE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Went in here to find out if the company made the high end doors I had a picture of. Was in need of new weatherstripping on these doors for a multi million dollar home. Couldn't even be bothered to look at the picture.
Would have taken 10 seconds to say whether or not they made them, or if they could point me in the direction.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Sevy and his team at A Pro Windows and Doors have again done a great job sealing my doors and windows at home. When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. I have used Sevy's services many times over the years and have never had a problem whether it was my house or my commercial building, or my RV. I have not found a problem that he couldn't handle. Great experience with Imperial! Ken provided the quote and was easy going and knowledgeable. Estimated lead time on windows was right on (5-6 wks). Nathan installed 4 windows and an 8 ft sliding glass door in one day. While skilled and professional he also kept his work area very tidy, which I very much appreciated. Great service

The guys that performed my installation were second to none, they worked clean, efficient and were so respectful. The gentleman that helped me design my project was great as well, and helped me transform my home. We are ready in the event that we have another summer like this past year, because of our new doors and windows.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
