Best Vinyl Windows in Phoenix AZ

Our salesman Jim was fantastic. No pressure, just knowledgeable and professional. The installation was smooth and on time. We had to have a window replaced and Mike was great, so professional and customer service centered. I highly recommend Desert King!

I was notified prior to the installers arrival and given the proper instructions for preparing the work area. Works were timely and did a good job of installing the windows. They also did a good job of cleaning up after the work was completed. The only suggestion I have is the workers need to have business cards on hand. A number of neighbors came by and were impressed with the windows and wanted phone numbers to contact Energy Shield.

Would I have AZ Valley Windows install my windows again..... NEVER.

I decided on Marvin windows and the main headquarters in the Phoenix area said that there were two approved installers in the west valley - Lifetme and AZ Valley Windows. For various reasons I chose AZ Valley Windows. They came to my home to give me an estimate, speaking in their window replacement vernacular. I wanted the window frames to match the Marvins we had installed in our new sun room 10 years ago. I was told that was not possible since these were replacement windows - and only with original installations could the frames match what was there - (found out that was not true). The two men involved told me that they (sun room windows) were NOT MARVIN windows - even after I showed them the bills and the rest of my 10 yr. old file.

At the end of the installation the replacement windows were much smaller - being inset - than the originals they were replacing. They furiously pounded the original metal frames into the sides of the openings and then installed the smaller replacements - using MUCH caulking all the way
around the inserts (instead of stucco) and putting WIDE frames on the outside to cover the gaps, leaving the (14) replacements looking out of place on the outside. It only took two days to install them their way - and to do it correctly would have taken much longer. Apparently they did not choose to do it the correct way, nor did they give me the choice.

When I complained to the owner, he made up stories as to the reason why they were installed that way. When I checked up on his facts I found out they were not true. He has never answered my last email.

Two days after the installation was complete, Marvin removed their recommendation.

Would I hire them again..... NO, NO, NO!!!

If you want honest people, who care more about your business and doing things right than making a quick buck, these are your people. Melita in the office was great. Friendly and fast and easy to work with, but Carl, the technician was amazing. The buyer of my house thought the master bedroom window was sticking and would not lock. We came and tried it and it did lock fine, but called anyway at buyers request. Carl could have stuck us with a new window, but he was honest and said no, there was nothing wrong with it. It is just heavy as it is so tall and double pane and a little hard to close because of that. He adjusted the rollers and cleaned the track. Get this. They did not charge us! When does that ever happen? Don't bother calling anywhere else. These are the real deal folks.

The work was amazing! Very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. Craig was very responsive, even with our HOA requiring multiple adjustments to the contract. Kris was professional and friendly as he was doing the work. Definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!

Capstone replaced all the windows in my home , which included a a featured a double slider that is absolutely amazing. Crews we knowledgeable and always on time, and left their work area very clean. Highly recommend Greg and his crew!!

When I purchased my home a year ago, it was obvious that the windows needed to be replaced. Exterior gaskets were cracked and dried out, and the thought of using expensive shutters to keep out the heat and sunshine made no sense to me. I bought the house in part because of the many windows, including seven clerestory windows that added a cheerful, bright feel to the home. Living in dark rooms all day long was out of the question.

Krasiva windows were the solution. It used to be that my home had hot areas during certain times of the day. Sitting near an old window, even with blinds drawn, felt like sitting next to an oven. Now, with Krasiva windows, the entire house is the same temperature. I can use any room at any time and sit right beside a window. The master installer crew who came to our home were friendly and professional. Incredibly knowledgeable with answering our questions. They were neat and clean while working and made sure to clean up properly when they were done. They got all our windows installed in a timely manner and they look fantastic!! I am very impressed with the decision we made to go with Renewal by Andersen. Great job guys!!!

Due to a combination of issues, my 5 window, two day installation job took an inordinate amount of time to complete. There is a third party involved, and they have agreed to step up to assist.

My problems seemed to revolve around issues at the factory, things that Lasting Impressions had little to no control over. The reservations I had were addressed directly by the owner, Mark Jacobsen, and the factory representative. This matter has now been resolved.

On the plus side, Lori and Karen in the office were enjoyable to work with and Karen's knowledge of fenestration answered many of my questions right away without having to wait for answers from the field. Mike was my on the job point man throughout the process and I can't say enough good things about his knowledge and concern when we ran into challenges during the Rand R.

They have avoided our calls. They did the wrong job we asked them to do, and now they are not owning up to their mistakes. Seems like they don’t want to fix the windows. We really liked them at the beginning, but they turned out to be so unprofessional.

These guys are excellent! Full service operation.. Anthony always got back to me in a timely manor, the glass slider they installed looks great, and they delivered every step of the way.
