Best Vinyl Window Installation in Phoenix AZ

After calling Window World of Phoenix and being EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer relations, we decided to start calling around to other window companies for quotes on windows for our entire house. Desert King Windows was the second company we called and knew right away we didn’t have to call anywhere else. They were very easy to schedule having someone come out to our house for a quote. Not only did he spend three hours explaining their products so we understood them, but he also demonstrated how 400+ degrees on the out side of the window feels on the inside, it wasn’t even close-it was incredible! We got a price THAT DAY before he left our home. And they stuck to it. They finished the job in a day and were extremely courteous by covering furniture and vacuuming before leaving. They were not sloppy by any means, and the windows are wonderful. We are confident in saying this is a stellar company and we are extremely happy with our purchase with Desert King Windows. We will recommend them for years to come. We will also be ordering a new 10’ sliding glass door from them soon for our back porch! Thanks again to Desert King Windows for proving you truly do get what you pay for.

Both the window and the Casita door with glass and blinds insert look wonderful. We love them. Energy Shield did a great job from coming out and looking at the site and giving us an estimate to measuring and then the final installation. I would highly recommend them.

We had 3 windows replaced. The whole process was professional and easy. This is the 2nd time we've used AZ Valley windows and definetly recommend them.

I found True View on Angie's List. I spoke with a couple of contractors, but True View was much more reliable with communications. I needed service promptly, so I chose them. The cost was very reasonable to replace a broken window, and the timing was all as promised. I have no complaints.

I called with a concern after a high wind And lots of squeaking that my large window glass was loose and going to break. Valleywide came out the very next day and checked it out. They discovered the cause of the squeaking. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. They are one of the few window places I found online that offer repair instead of replacement when appropriate. Well done.

My wife and I have worked with the guys over at Discount Window and Door for several projects. They are FANTASTIC!
Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

From the start of the process, these folks are awesome.
The consultation was clear and all questions were answered clearly.
The wait time for the windows was perfect and not excessive at all.
Installation was great. The crew kept the work area clean and kept our home in mind when doing their work. protecting the inside and the flooring. The entire install crew was professional and personable.
All refuse and debris was removed as they worked AND when done with the install. Management was very easy to work with and responsive to any and all communications.
I recommend the product, the company and the people that work there very highly.
I believe we made the right choice to go with this company, SI Windows - Phoenix. We will use them again if the need arises.

Chip Marvin and his crew at Freelite were a pleasure to work with. Dealing with Angel, Tiffany and Lori was very enjoyable and they never allowed the light atmosphere they created to overshadow their professionalism.

Our new front door and security screen door were beautifully manufactured. Though we had a few bumps during the process (scratched surfaces, ill fitting jam, an unavoidable delay of installation), in the end, every situation was handled responsibly, in a timely manner, and to our satisfaction.

Had the very best experience from start to finish.. First, the salesman, Dan Hartnett was very professional and easy to work with. He guided us step by step of every detail, and we never felt rushed. He has also called and followed up after the initial install, which you don't get very often. He was definitely awesome to work with. So, the day came with the windows being installed. Each guy that showed up was so professional, and friendly. First, they made sure that the entire house was covered with sheets, and the floor was also covered, as they were working inside and out. The team leads (Travis, and Colton) were very receptive and answered any questions we had throughout the day. Each guy (Travis, Colton, Victor, Ashton, Josh, Kade, & Eddie) that was assigned to our house that day was such a pleasure to work with, and so polite. Never have I seen a bunch of workers get along as well as these guys did. These guys not once stood around wondering what to do next. They all helped each other out. So, the windows were installed and my house was put back together within 9 hours. Highly recommend Anderson Windows and their team.

Horrible customer service unless you want to spend a lot of money. I’m in Surprise and hey basically didn’t want to replace one window. Took 20 plus days to get a quote of $363for a window and $750 to install. I had to chase them for the quote. So not really valley wide

DO NOT USE THEM! One of the executives just called me yelling and swearing because I am not happy with the claims results. He informed me customers do not come first.

I am happy with the product but not the service I have received. It has been almost 6 months since the initial install and there is still a cut in the screen for one of the windows and no locks on the screen doors. My project manager is unresponsive and I don't believe the replacements and parts were ordered when he said they were. It should not take 6 months for a screen and a couple locks.

This company delivered on their commitment and had only one minor issue which was corrected immediately. Would definitely recommend Illumination.
