Desert King Windows installed 14 windows at my home and I am extremely satisfied. The installers were ready, started right away, explained the whole process, and delivered an excellent product. Overall, an excellent job. I highly recommend Desert King Windows.

Would I have AZ Valley Windows install my windows again..... NEVER.

I decided on Marvin windows and the main headquarters in the Phoenix area said that there were two approved installers in the west valley - Lifetme and AZ Valley Windows. For various reasons I chose AZ Valley Windows. They came to my home to give me an estimate, speaking in their window replacement vernacular. I wanted the window frames to match the Marvins we had installed in our new sun room 10 years ago. I was told that was not possible since these were replacement windows - and only with original installations could the frames match what was there - (found out that was not true). The two men involved told me that they (sun room windows) were NOT MARVIN windows - even after I showed them the bills and the rest of my 10 yr. old file.

At the end of the installation the replacement windows were much smaller - being inset - than the originals they were replacing. They furiously pounded the original metal frames into the sides of the openings and then installed the smaller replacements - using MUCH caulking all the way
around the inserts (instead of stucco) and putting WIDE frames on the outside to cover the gaps, leaving the (14) replacements looking out of place on the outside. It only took two days to install them their way - and to do it correctly would have taken much longer. Apparently they did not choose to do it the correct way, nor did they give me the choice.

When I complained to the owner, he made up stories as to the reason why they were installed that way. When I checked up on his facts I found out they were not true. He has never answered my last email.

Two days after the installation was complete, Marvin removed their recommendation.

Would I hire them again..... NO, NO, NO!!!

Caring and understanding. They made the expensive replacement a little less daunting and I really appreciate that.

Every part of the process was excellent. From the estimate to the finished work. Window World came in a little less expensive but Craig's presentation and answering all our questions helped make the decision to hire Vision to do our work an easy one. The installation was done in a day and was exactly what was promised at the exact price promised. Would recommend highly.

Greg and the team at Small Improvements did a great job for us. We had 2 large 8ft x 6ft windows replaced, and wanted something that would look nice and last forever. We researched quite a few different brands and grades of windows, but ultimately decided we were most comfortable with these. We knew it would update the look of our house, but we completely underestimated the impact. We’ve had so many compliments since they’ve been in - our family is amazed.

Overall we’re very happy with our choice. The install went fine, the communication was good. When we’re ready to finish the rest of the windows in the house, we’ll probably be back.

This was a phenomenal experience. From our initial sales appointment to the ordering and communication until install and then the 2 day installation process. The installers were super nice, professional and well oiled machines! I never expected it to be this slick. And then there’s the actual windows that are beautiful and top quality. The feeling of no heat pounding into the bedroom in the morning was amazing. Should have done this years ago!!?I have a lot of confidence recommending this company. Thanks to the whole team!

if you're looking for a part-time job, this is the place to go. The pay is good and they offer a bonus program. the owner really cares about his employees, and providing top-notch customer service seems to be his number one priority.

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

Jason and his team did incredible work on our home! We had our flimsy frames and windows replaced and we could not be happier. They were professional, helpful, affordable, and QUICK! Our AC doesn't need to kick on nearly as often and the noise pollution from outside has decreased significantly. I am glad to say we have found our window guy for as long as we are in Phoenix!

I just had all of my windows replaced by LEI. Everyone I spoke to was professional, kind, and informative. The actual installation was efficient and seamless, the guys didn't leave any trace that they'd been here aside from my beautiful new windows.
We've had the windows for over a week now, and have noticed a huge difference in the heat surrounding the window area, there isn't any! I'm looking forward to enjoying these windows all summer, and for years to come.

I’m a big fan of Universal Glass:) I’ve worked with them both professionally & personally, and they are always great to work with. They are communicative, friendly & always on time. And they get me scheduled quickly! I recommend them to anyone that needs glass repair.

Sales person, Kirk, was great. Explained all features, took precise measurements, and windows arrived as expected - about 6 weeks later. The install went very well, and all my window coverings went back into place. I have read that some people were not so fortunate and had to replace the existing blinds, since the new window frames do take up more space than most existing windows. Looking back, I would make two suggestions. 1. I responded to an ad with a price for 7 windows, which coincidentally was the number of broken frames and/or non-functioning windows I needed replaced. While that WAS my main priority, I now wish I had asked for the price to have 4 more windows replaced, and possibly the sliding patio door. 2. I understood the frames would be larger than the existing cheap windows, but I now wish the sales person had told me exactly how this would affect my small bathroom window. It's roughly 11 high x 23 wide and had a full 9.5 x 21 of glass. The new windows have very wide frames, so there is only about 4 high x 17 wide of glass showing, and the bathroom is very dark now. Had I known this, I would not have had that window replaced and would have chosen one of the other windows to replace. However, all in all, a really good product with a really good transferrable warranty (for a small fee and some paperwork), and a very good price.

About a year ago I had the windows on the west side of my home replaced. They were over 25 years old and I thought it was about time. The replacements looked great and really cooled the west facing rooms down.
Last month I had the Owner, Thomas come out and quote on replacing the other 11 windows in my home. The pricing was fantastic and again the professionalism was incredible.
Last week the installer came out and installed the windows. He did a fantastic job, and was also very professional.
If you need new windows or doors these are the people to call. Brian's great in the office and the whole team is fantastic.

Josh A / Al were very professional and respected my home. Putting down protection for my carpet and cleaning everything up. My window looks great. Josh A showed me how to work the open out windows and took the time to do both sides to show me that they worked. Both Josh A and Al are very hard workers and seem to get along well with each other. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 hardworking employees.

the sales person took his time and went over the windows and explained how they were made and the installation .the cost was well priced . it took a while to get them because of COVID but it was worth it.total installation time was about 13 hours with 2 installers with 1 installer working by himself because his partner became ill .excllent job all around.

Had my entry door replaced about a year ago. I was having trouble with the locking bolt and was told to push on the door and it would engage. Did this until a little over a week ago when I couldn't get it to lock at all. Called and was told they would get back to me as I was very uncomfortable sleeping with an unlocked door.I called back later that day and told them my situation.I was told they understood but would not be able to come out until the following week.I felt I could not sleep with an unlocked front door for over a week so I had to pay someone else to fix it.Just heard from your service dept that they could be out Friday.Very upset with your service dept but love my door.
