We are thrilled with the quality of service we received with our window installation. The team was polite, efficient, professional, and tidy! We highly recommend working with this company. Our entire experience from the initial contact to the end of install was pleasant. The work was completed with care and to a fantastic product. If we had to do it all over again, no doubt we would choose AZ valley in a heartbeat.

We had originally called true view on June 21st to replace a door window. They came out for measurements which consisted of using a tape measure to get the height, length, and width of the missing window, which cost $69.95. We were told we would have an estimate in 24 hours (they came out on a Thursday). After not hearing from them all day Friday we called Saturday and were told they are closed unless it’s an emergency so they couldn’t help us. Finally on Monday we received the estimate. The estimate was fair so we decided to move forward, even though the fact that we were charged $70 for a simple measurement we could have easily done ourselves was concerning and the delayed estimate was a sign of things to come. They were booked out weeks so the earliest we could schedule the installation was July 30, more than a month after our original call. I took the day off work without pay to be home for the installation. When True View arrived we were informed that the window they had was 3/4 inch thick and we needed 1/2 thick. After the tech explained he can still put the 3/4 thick glass in, it will just ruin our wooden door, he recommended we wait for the 1/2 thick glass. Because the installation was on a Friday, the company will not receive the notes of the installation until Monday according to our customer service rep Lisa. Then they will have to reorder the glass and we will again have to wait weeks for an installation and again have to take a day off work. We would highly recommend using another company.

Spoke to Ryan in the office and he was able to get a technician out same day . Mark the technician did a great job . Used parts I had already to save me money . Great job and sliding glass door is work great again . I recommend them !!

My wife and I have worked with the guys over at Discount Window and Door for several projects. They are FANTASTIC!
Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

My wife and I had an opportunity to update our home in Phoenix. We needed to make our windows more efficient and easier to clean. I wanted fiberglass, due to the heat in the summer, and window frames that did not have small drains, that when clogged with dust would drain water into the house.

We met Greg Johnson at a Home and Garden show. We talked there and set an appointment for him to come to our home. The visit was very informative, with all the examples of his products. We asked all our questions, which were answered on the spot, no hems or haws. Installation was also discussed which was to be done by his own team, not subcontractors. The price he quoted was not nearly as expensive as the other two more commonly known brands. The price was more than another brand, that I thought did not meet our expectations. Greg did not pressure us to sign that day, as others quote, The price goes up tomorrow and other nonsense.

We signed the contract. The windows were delivered ahead of schedule and installed in a timely and professional manner. Installation was a challenge, as we also have Rollershields on all the windows. No problems.

I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and Marvin Infinity windows to anyone that is looking for great windows in a home they will live in.

Beautiful Anlin windows. Still waiting on “buttons” (strictly for aesthetics). Loved the interaction with the consultant and the price. Installers were “contracted” not “company” employed as promised. They still got the job done in a timely manner, few missing screws and buttons. Overall, very happy with the windows.

The windows are GREAT, workers were very professional.

I don't think we've ever had a better experience working with contractors and we've done just about everything to our house that you can imagine. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to stay in touch with throughout. The project manager was there the first day and just about every other day inspecting work, cleaning, and communicating progress. The crew was professional and so friendly and they cleaned up every single day, even vacuuming the rocks under my front window!!!
We had one set of windows that my husband asked the stucco be redone and the crew got right up and finished it off. We are both so happy with the quality of the windows, the project management, customer service, and professionalism.
I feel compelled to add one more thing. As a woman, I'm often disappointed with the treatment I get working with trades from initial contact to on-site work. What a revelation it was to work with Bridgette and Leo on this project. Not once was I talked down to, overlooked, ignored, or worse. I have already recommended them to a friend looking into replacing her windows and have stressed this point.

Great to work with, Windows are perfect and the installation team was efficient and pleasant to work with.

Bought my milgard windows through them and the experience was great . Windows weren’t that far out like other places and also the installation went smooth .

Cody measured all of the windows and the slide door. He reviewed all of the choices that we made and showed us a 3d illustration of the model that we chose. We had to make a change, so he put the ball in motion and made the necessary calls to the staff that he works with to confirm the correct way to do it.

The window install is finished and the final results are satisfactory. The installation went OK, but Lasting Impressions ran short of workers during the process and a few days there were not enough people to perform some of the heavy lifting. Removal of the old windows left more of gap in the old stucco on the outside that I was hoping, but the old windows were installed in a manner may have contributed to that. The crew did an OK job repairing the stucco and sealing the gap, though ... so all is well in the end.

There was more dust raised than I hoped. The crew did place plastic around the window opening during the phase where they made some cuts, but still a lot of dust. On the inside wood floors, the crew did not place enough protective coverings down and some minor scratches and foot traffic with caulking compound were evident on the wood floors ... but, we were able to clean it up OK. But the crew could have done a better job placing protective covering down.

Overall, Lasting Impressions provided a good price for the windows and with the exception of taking longer to do the install than originally estimated (due to manpower shortages), the experience was good. With a bit more care protecting flooring, I would raise the rating a notch.

1 day install, cleaned up the area and left it spotless!

This place is amazing. I have never been in a more beautiful show room. Deffinetly an experience I wont forget.
