Best Patio Screen Doors in Phoenix AZ

We had our Desert King Window installed in 2005 and recently needed warranty work completed. Jonathan worked with us to honor the warranty and get the work done. Jose and Alonzo were sent out to complete the work and they were timely and professional. Thank you, Desert King Windows, for being a company of integrity!

Would I have AZ Valley Windows install my windows again..... NEVER.

I decided on Marvin windows and the main headquarters in the Phoenix area said that there were two approved installers in the west valley - Lifetme and AZ Valley Windows. For various reasons I chose AZ Valley Windows. They came to my home to give me an estimate, speaking in their window replacement vernacular. I wanted the window frames to match the Marvins we had installed in our new sun room 10 years ago. I was told that was not possible since these were replacement windows - and only with original installations could the frames match what was there - (found out that was not true). The two men involved told me that they (sun room windows) were NOT MARVIN windows - even after I showed them the bills and the rest of my 10 yr. old file.

At the end of the installation the replacement windows were much smaller - being inset - than the originals they were replacing. They furiously pounded the original metal frames into the sides of the openings and then installed the smaller replacements - using MUCH caulking all the way
around the inserts (instead of stucco) and putting WIDE frames on the outside to cover the gaps, leaving the (14) replacements looking out of place on the outside. It only took two days to install them their way - and to do it correctly would have taken much longer. Apparently they did not choose to do it the correct way, nor did they give me the choice.

When I complained to the owner, he made up stories as to the reason why they were installed that way. When I checked up on his facts I found out they were not true. He has never answered my last email.

Two days after the installation was complete, Marvin removed their recommendation.

Would I hire them again..... NO, NO, NO!!!

The owner is honest and fair. Would highly recommend anyone to use this business. My window had to be special ordered and he put in a spare piece as we waited. Over and above what was expected. Can't recommend enough!

I can’t say enough good things about the installation crew. They installed a new mirror in my bathroom. They were on time, professional and did an excellent job. I would refer them to anyone without hesitation!

Ron Kelley was the best Consultant. He came to the our home and made us feel relax and explained everything to us. Gave Pros and Cons on the windows that we wants and explained what else was available and left the the choice to us.. He is a great person and an asset to the company. The job was done in Tucson, AZ, and we notice a difference in the inside temperature already.
The installation went very smoothly, we had 21 windows installed in two days, the crew was great.
Mr. Kelley even stopped by during the installation process to made sure everything was alright.
I would recommend Renewal by Andersen for new windows.

The fact that it took 4 times and 18 months to get my windows correct. Can I also add that I was fined from my HOA because of it as well for not being in compliance. I think that says enough.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

Great experience with Imperial windows. Very helpful and great to work with. Windows are dirty in thos picture because we are still under construction, but we are super happy with them.

The sun shades we got are the color specified but were incomplete esthetically with missing vertical bars a.k.a. Spreader Bars on the larger windows and even more to our surprise was how the shades were installed by using screws drilled into our twelve aluminum windows frames. On the day of install we informed owner / installer we didn't like the look of the shades esthetically without the spreader bars on them. Dj the owner/ installer didn’t have the bars with him but would get them out to us and install them promptly.” Its been months of texts, emails, phone call of excuses with no satisfactory solution to the problem. Patriot sun control gave us a quote on March 31st-2022. We paid half up front as a deposit back on April 2-2021 and paid the balance in full upon install on April 27-2021 with written statement work would be back ordered and completed by June.. our shades are still incomplete as of today Oct 25th-2021.

On 7/14/2016, Jason and Derek installed our two sliding glass doors. They both were very good and professional doing the installation, cleaning up afterwards and very polite.
We were very Happy and completely satisfied with the installations and their professionalism. Our 2 doors are very beautiful, and we feel that you have 2 very knowledgeable installers.
