Quick and professional. Sun screens look amazing. Jay and Chris were are installers, they were quick and professional. Highly recommend!

Patriot installed patio walls with pet screens. They did an excellent job, cleaned up everything and I would recommend them to firens and family. Chris and Jay were very friendly and did a great job.

We had an exceptional experience with Patriot Sun Control and would highly recommend them! We received a violation from our HOA for missing 1 sun screen on a front facing window. After calling several different companies, Patriot Sun Control was the first to return our call (while some others never did). At the time, we were only interested purchasing 1 sun screen, in which many companies refused the business because of only needing one.

After speaking with Lisa, whom was friendly, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable (I even made a friend that day), she scheduled for DJ to come measure. DJ showed up on time as promised and he was also friendly, professional and certainly knows the business. While he was here, I had him measure for multiple windows in the back of my home which were also missing sun shades, to obtain an estimate for the future.

The estimates we obtained were such a fair price that we decided to hire them to do all the work. That’s where these other companies who refused or never called back, made their mistake and lost business.

We were given an estimate of when we could expect installation, and DJ was upfront and honest that they were about 3 weeks out. With it being a busy time of year for needing sun screens, I understood and appreciated his honestly so we scheduled installation. The install happened when promised also and DJ and his installer Zach worked efficiently, quickly and did a stellar job!

The next day I felt an immediate and welcomed cooler temperature change in my home. Never having new sun screens before, it made us realize the shades on our upstairs master balcony were worn which explains why that room is so hot and also bright in the morning and afternoon (it faces West). I called Patriot Sun Control back to get an estimate to replace the slider door and flat panel. Once again, they showed up when promised, were friendly, professional and provided such a reasonable estimate that I hired them again today for the master slider door.

I cannot rave enough about this company! I feel so grateful to have found them and that they were so willing to work with me for my multiple situations! We are so happy with our new sun screens (they do other various screens/shades/enclosures as well) and we would highly recommend them and would hire them again in a second, should we need any future shading needs. This company is a gem! Exceptional job DJ, Lisa and crew! Thank you we appreciate your hard work and support family owned businesses!

Absolutely 100%satisfied with the screens that were installed by Chris and Jay very freindly and knowledgeable..have had screens with dj prior.also lisa is so nice kept in contact with me and talking to her I felt I have known her forever. Highly recommend them..hard to find trustworthy people these days..very happy dj Chris Jay and Lisa kudos to your company..oh and Chris and Jay bella says thanx also..ruff ruff?

Patriot Sun Control is a wonderful company. I purchased sun screens and from the very start to the end of the process everything was great. Lisa is very professional with her friendly customer service and responsiveness. Thank you D.J. for running such a personable and professional company.

The sun shades we got are the color specified but were incomplete esthetically with missing vertical bars a.k.a. Spreader Bars on the larger windows and even more to our surprise was how the shades were installed by using screws drilled into our twelve aluminum windows frames. On the day of install we informed owner / installer we didn't like the look of the shades esthetically without the spreader bars on them. Dj the owner/ installer didn’t have the bars with him but would get them out to us and install them promptly.” Its been months of texts, emails, phone call of excuses with no satisfactory solution to the problem. Patriot sun control gave us a quote on March 31st-2022. We paid half up front as a deposit back on April 2-2021 and paid the balance in full upon install on April 27-2021 with written statement work would be back ordered and completed by June.. our shades are still incomplete as of today Oct 25th-2021.

Chris and Jay were very professional and friendly. They did an awesome job installing my new sun shades to protect my artificial turf from glare.

Started off by getting all their details at the Home and Garden show a few weeks ago. Seemed very knowledgeable and I was eager to get them out to my house for a quote. I provided all my contact info at the Home and Garden show and went home expecting a phone call within a few days. 5 days passed with no phone call. I contacted the office and was told the secretary fell and hurt herself, so because of that they were a little behind. We scheduled a time for DJ to come out and take measurements, which he did. But once again, I was told I’d receive a quote within a couple days and never did. I politely texted DJ this morning asking when I could expect a quote from their company and still never heard anything. I hate leaving bad reviews for companies, but they obviously are to busy and don’t have the help because I can’t even get them to respond back to me. . Buyer beware

DJ Browns company did a great job today! My wife and I have been looking for a screen company. Found this company at the Home and Landscape Show at the Cardinals stadium. Pricing was very aggressive, 5 year warranty and showed up early and knocked it out!

April 22 I called and had an estimate on screen door. Paid in full. Been getting a run around since. it is the end of May and still no door. Can't contact them because their mail box is full. A business that does'nt empty their mail box?! You don't want customers to leave a message to have work done? Shame on you. Not a way to run a business. Very unprofessional and very upsetting to say the least. Will not use them or recommend them to anyone, I can't say enough negative about this company.

Patriot Sun Control was just great! Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable and kind....they know their stuff! Their pricing was the best i had found, and the installers worked cleanly. I would highly recommend!

Very frustrated with this company! We were shown a brochure of materials that would be used and the styles available for a patio cover. What we were given was a metal cover which looks like a cover that would be attached to a mobile home! It also leaks where it’s attached to the home! Although the owner has agreed to address our issues, we haven’t heard from him in days. We are senior citizens and I certainly feel like he has taken advantage of us and expected we would just roll over and just accept what we’ve been given!

I had a great experience with this company. Very professional, willing to work with my requests for my catio, and they worked very hard to get things done as quickly as possible. My screened in porch looks great and my cats love it!

Chris and Jay came out and installed screens and a screen door. Did a great job and very professional.

We DO NOT recommend this company. We had a consultation and paid the deposit in May 2022. Every attempt we have made to reach out to someone to get an update on when our outdoor screen would be installed was to no avail. We were told someone would reach out to us and no one ever did. We have called and texted. Nothing. Do not waste your money.
