Great company we use again. Have a bathroom window show up with a couple small cracks after installation, I call them up, told him which window it was, two weeks later they show up with a brand new window.

What happened to customer service in the USA?
This company will not work with you to even try to accommodate a quote. I guess this company's consideration regarding me is not good enough. Maybe its because where I live. Well no worries I do have other quotes from other companies for my current project but would have liked one from them and selected them based on reviews. Lesson learned when I get ready for my next project next summer they surely will not be considered. I pay cash in full for jobs I need done. So if anyone has any companies that are decent and want an opportunity to earn my business please let me know.

Not only did he fix the issue but made sure it was nice and clean before he put the door back in. I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldn't recommend enough. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. Thank you again so much Freelite for making this so easy, I've never appreciated glass and windows so much!

We met with Dustin and he was great with all of our questions. The guys doing the work did a great job. LEI replaced 11 windows and a patio door. We have seen a big difference in temperature in the rooms. Very pleased with the finished work! Would definitely recommend LEI to others.

Bad customer service. Employees have no information to give you. They said a sales person will calle you and will give you the information they never called.

Our salesperson, Jay, was so great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered every question I threw at him. For our 1st phase, we had 11 windows installed in 2020. The process was seamless. On the day of the install, the crew arrived early and finished same day :) The 2nd phase (currently in the manufacturing process) will be 1 window, 2 patio doors and 1 front door and I can't wait!! The quality of materials and overall appearance is outstanding.

We recently had a full shower as a replacement for a bath tube installed. The product we purchased was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.But most impressive comment we'd like to express is about the installation crew, Josue Munoz Perez and Jose Luis Naranjo. The both performed the work in a most professional and timely manner, paying meticulous attention to every minute detail of the task, from the site preparations to the final clean-up and thorough briefing on use and care of the new shower.They both should be lauded and recognized as a great asset to the Dreamstyle Remodeling of Phoenix organization.

They came out to give us ideas on a custom barn door at the bottom of my stairway. They provided a design, 2 estimates and hardware options. The project was installed and we couldn't be happier.

They found and fixed a leak in my roof. They were very up front on what needed to be done and charged me a fair amount for the work that was done.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

It is always a pleasure to have Rudy come and measure for windows, and things get even better when Dan and Jas (sp?) install them. They do such an incredible job - start to finish. Friendly, professional, and work non-stop until your windows are installed, clean, and ready to use. Second time using this company, and it is not the last. I highly recommend them!

Called Optum Home Solutions to have them see if they can help me out with my grandma's shower. She's looking for something safe and easier to get in and out of. Mike was very informative and helpful in designing what my grandma needs. We are looking forward to the date of the install and there will be a lot less worrying about safety issues with the shower. Feels good to go with a local company that actually cares instead of a big box store. I highly recommend Optum!

On 7/14/2016, Jason and Derek installed our two sliding glass doors. They both were very good and professional doing the installation, cleaning up afterwards and very polite.
We were very Happy and completely satisfied with the installations and their professionalism. Our 2 doors are very beautiful, and we feel that you have 2 very knowledgeable installers.
