Good overall experience. Koby my salesman did a great job explaining the process. The windows are great quality and came in early. Install was good even thou someone left their boot print on the screen of the window which is kinda annoying when I paid almost 10 grand for everything. I purchased a set of French doors and four windows pricing was fair.

The two gentlemen who did the installation of my two windows were polite, hardworking and efficient. They took care to ensure no mess was left behind, and I am thrilled with the windows. It's too soon to know if there is an energy savings. I want to replace all of my windows and will definitely use Energy Shield when I am in a position to do so. Oh, and the price is extremely competitive, with no impact on quality that I can see. Thank you.

I had 4 windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced in my home. I worked with David Kulish and his team. Everything went beautifully and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The promised time frames were met, status updates were emailed or text to me and the installers (Leo & Ray) arrived on time and seemed to be genuinely concerned with my happiness. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

My window got broken in the middle of the night on Friday. I emailed several companies that claimed to be open 24 hours but Sunny State was the first to reply and set up an appointment. The rest replied on Monday. Thanks for the quick response....

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Infinity. Greg promptly returned our call, came to our home and spent a considerable amount of time helping us identify our problem. Although he realized we were not going to make a decision any time soon, he provided solutions ranging from do-it-yourself to expensive window replacement. We decided on his do-it-yourself solution for now, but will definitely call him when we're ready to replace the window.

I needed a broken window replaced right away and Superior Replacement Windows was able to quote me a wonderful price and replace it the same day.

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

Jason was pleasure to work with. We had all of our windows replaced. Everything was done on time and on budget. Highly recommend Econ windows!

Red Rock windows provided the same exact windows of other companies for $2000 less. Because the windows must be custom made, you cannot expect to place an order today and have them installed tomorrow. As soon as the windows were in, delivery and installation were scheduled. We were impressed with the installation contractor Red Rock used. If we ever have another window or door to be replaced, we will be using this company again.

James and Daniel were very professional and did a great job replacing my large bay window. Will definitely be calling Dependable Glass for any future glass needs.

I have a house with a lot of windows and I had gotten a couple of bids already, they had better windows and a better price. The installation went really well too. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before you buy windows from someone else.

We met with Dustin and he was great with all of our questions. The guys doing the work did a great job. LEI replaced 11 windows and a patio door. We have seen a big difference in temperature in the rooms. Very pleased with the finished work! Would definitely recommend LEI to others.

As part two of the preliminaries, two service reps came to the house and made careful measurements of all of the windows that are scheduled to be replaced. When done, they reviewed the work details (such as removing security bars) and the materials to be used.

The reps called before coming during their previously-scheduled slot, and were courteous, efficient, and thorough. I have increased confidence in the company based on my interaction with their representatives so far.

I had a situation where their was a disagreement on the amount charged. Logan the General Manager called and was very concerned and they refunded me the amount that was over the amount agreed. I am giving them 5 stars because anyone can make a mistake or have an honest miscommunication, however, if they make it right they get bonus points!

Sales person, Kirk, was great. Explained all features, took precise measurements, and windows arrived as expected - about 6 weeks later. The install went very well, and all my window coverings went back into place. I have read that some people were not so fortunate and had to replace the existing blinds, since the new window frames do take up more space than most existing windows. Looking back, I would make two suggestions. 1. I responded to an ad with a price for 7 windows, which coincidentally was the number of broken frames and/or non-functioning windows I needed replaced. While that WAS my main priority, I now wish I had asked for the price to have 4 more windows replaced, and possibly the sliding patio door. 2. I understood the frames would be larger than the existing cheap windows, but I now wish the sales person had told me exactly how this would affect my small bathroom window. It's roughly 11 high x 23 wide and had a full 9.5 x 21 of glass. The new windows have very wide frames, so there is only about 4 high x 17 wide of glass showing, and the bathroom is very dark now. Had I known this, I would not have had that window replaced and would have chosen one of the other windows to replace. However, all in all, a really good product with a really good transferrable warranty (for a small fee and some paperwork), and a very good price.
