We had all our windows replaced, plus our slider. I looked into solar a few times and the numbers just don't add up. I do not see the ROI. I spoke with a real estate agent and she stated that new windows are also a better selling point than solar(not that we are going to sell anytime soon). After my last few quotes, we decided to look into windows. We had Desert King come out and discuss. We decided to go ahead and signed contract. Our home was built in 2004, and let's face it, the developer uses the cheapest material possible. We had many windows that were stained on the inside, which means the seals were broken and they were no longer energy efficient(if they ever were in the first place). So, who knows how much cold air was leaking out or how much hot air was coming in? Our new windows(Amerimax) are great. We have noticed an average of a 25% reduction in energy usage, sometimes up to 37%, and that's after only 2 months. We also noticed a huge reduction in outside noise. Plus, they look great. It really helps to bring natural light and clarity to each and every room. When standing inside looking out, you can't tell that there's a window there. I was concerned that someone might hurt themselves on the slider now that its so clean and clear, so we put a decorative decal to let them know the slider is closed. If i had to do it again, I would, without hesitation.

Very professional from start to finish. The pricing was great and the communication through the whole process was outstanding. The installation crew leader was Ramone and he was great! He explained the installation process in depth and answered any questions that we had. We used Energy Shield to replace 17 windows and 1 sliding glass door. We would recommend them for any project, large or small.

So far we are very pleased with our new doors that Az Valley Windows has installed. The salesman Jerry was extremely nice and professional. He was not pushy or had the feeling that he was trying to up sell us. The turn around time was a bit longer than expected. The two gentleman who came to do the instillation were on time courteous and did a great job. They didn’t leave a mess and we are very pleased with how the doors have turned out. I Would recommend calling if you are in need of new doors and windows.

Darryl and his team are great. They were able to help me with two projects so far. First they replaced a skylight scheduled the project and was able to get it complete all in the same week. The second project was started and took a few weeks for the window to come in. Darryl was spot on with his time estimates as well as keeping me updated when the window was in and ready to be installed. They are great at what they do and I will definitely be using them again as I replace other windows through the house

Dustin walked us through a super detailed explanation of the windows, installment and process start to finish. Super friendly and not pushy at all. The installment itself went really smoothly. The guys were polite and efficient. I was working at home the whole time and they weren't a bother at all. We love our windows. They're beautiful and function as expected. They block out a lot more noise which is so nice for us and they definitely block out more heat than our prior single pane windows. With their promotional advertising I 100% recommend.

From the removal of the old products, the installation of the new and the clean up the entire job was entirely professional and the crew was extremely helpful and friendly. The customer service at this place is appalling. I had one broken Anderson window that I needed replaced. The guy who was supposed to come out to measure (Britt) never showed. When I called, he acted as if he didn't know who I was or that we had even had a conversation. He basically played dumb instead of owning up to the fact he made a mistake. We shared some words and he told me to get my window someplace else. The landscapers (they were paying for the window) called Lasting Impressions and Britt basically hung up on her. She (the person from the landscape company) filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say we got our window from R&K Building Supplies in Gilbert. The service was 1000% better.

We feel like we rediscovered what great customer service looks like with IllumiNation Doors & Windows. My wife and I needed to replace wooden french doors. We got bids from several companies but Rick listened most carefully to our needs and provided knowledgeable solutions with several options. He went the extra mile to meet our needs including making some changes to the original order. The installation team was ontime, efficient in their work and cleanup. Again, they were attentive to our needs while they worked. Everyone we came in contact with at IllumiNation is friendly, courteous and very helpful. Jimmy Dougherty was our sales representative and was on-time, answered all our questions and was very professional. The instal crew was there when they were scheduled worked fast and diligently. They finished on-time and cleaned up the work site better than they found it. Highly recommended.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Dov did a pocket door for me. Whoever did it before put it on the wrong track system and it kept falling off and getting stuck. Dov replaced the track system and it no longer falls off. He provided great service and a good price. I would use him again.

Jayson and Devlin did an excellent job taking the sliding glass door out of our bedroom and upgrading it with French doors. They were on time, super clean with the work site, very focused and really professional! They finished as expected time wise, but there was not a scape of debris for me to clean up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company, and suggest you ask for these installers by name!

Quality is great. Crew does a fantastic job of installing and cleaning up after themselves.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

We contacted Renewal by Anderson in October of 2021. We met with a representative and were very impressed by his presentation. We ended up purchasing 2 basic sliding glass doors that were estimated to be put in by late December early January. We got a call in November saying the door were done, and the instillation team should be calling us to schedule the install. After almost 3 months, no one contacted us so my wife reached out to them. We then received a text message saying our doors were not made, but to reach out to the install team. We are now estimated to get our doors in April. I've tried contacted Bob, and several managers and have gotten no response. I would never recommend this company. They only care about the sale and after that you are set aside. Their customer service is the worse I've ever dealt with.
