We recently had the floor in our laundry room installed by Express Flooring, and while removing the old floor they discovered issues so the first team of installers could not complete the job. They turned off the gas to the hot water heater and left us with no hot water in the house and did not tell us they did so.We fixed the issues and requested a second team.The second team had us empty the freezer before they put it back in the laundry room and they did not put caulk around the base of the floor. They also used some of my personal tools (hand truck and dust bin with broom).I called the company concerning the second team’s performance and have yet to hear from them.

The workers who installed the flooring were professional and finished in a timely manner. We went with a grey SPC flooring that has a scratch resistant quartz finish, which also makes cleaning a breeze!

We only had 4 of the bedrooms done- but because of the outstanding professionalism, quality of flooring, and the amazing price point we're already looking into getting the rest of the floors replaced by them as well!
