Best Fiberglass Windows in Phoenix AZ

We had 15 windows and two sliders replaced by Desert king. Daniel the sales manager was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very responsive during the ordering process. The installers David and Donovan were awesome and did an amazing job installing our windows. Our house looks like a new home, can’t wait to see how much cooler it is this summer. From start to finish, we were most impressed with Greg Johnson and SI Windows! He handled the paperwork with our HOA, their installers were very professional and excellent about keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up. We love our new bedroom window and the very large slider in the living room! We highly recommend SI Windows and Infinity by Marvin, superior product!

Rich was out to give a quote he showed us the Marvin windows and doors. Defiantly the best window and door replacement when it comes to Arizona as Rich c kept leaning on with a hot and cold climate . From the glass to the frame and the Minimal weatherstripping I was impressed looking forward to getting started .

Sales man was great, knowledgeable and not pushy.

Installation crew was a bunch of pigs. Left debri and a pack of screws in my daughter's crib. Left cups and botttles of beverages all over my house. Also left my back gate open. After speaking with a reprsenative over the phone, who didn't seem too concerned about issues, not very happy. Use caution with install team.

Worked with the owner Thomas to replace our double front and side doors. He did selection, quote, and installation. Very pleased with outcome. Does great work.

After a long delay between ordering and installation since the end of May, I have finally gotten my windows installed very professionally by two very well qualified young men on October 1st. They were courteous, arrived on time, and did a very thorough cleaning up to dispose of the old windows. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Horrible customer service unless you want to spend a lot of money. I’m in Surprise and hey basically didn’t want to replace one window. Took 20 plus days to get a quote of $363for a window and $750 to install. I had to chase them for the quote. So not really valley wide

Cody was great to work with. He ensured all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He arrived during installation to check if we had any further questions or concerns. I thought I knew good doors and windows (heritage, Pella, Anderson, western) but the La Cantina big sliders are the best I’ve ever seen. So smooth and a beautiful installation . They were so responsive and professional. Absolutely worth the extra $.

We had a great experience using Affordable Windows to replace my sliding glass door. No pressure sales and a quality product. Installation by Dan and Vincent was great. High end windows. 4 stars for the price but 5 for the quality, warranty and 6 stars for customer service!

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
