I love my new windows. From the estimate to the installation, I felt very comfortable with these guys. And the windows look great!

Professionals that know what they are doing. Cannot say enough good things about how I was treated and the quality of work that was done. I will use them again.

They did awesome work and replaced a bunch of windows and sliding patio door very quickly. The crew that was at our house did an great job, were friendly and courteous the whole time the were there, and cleaned up after their work was done. Definitely would recommend.

I highly recommend Valleywide Glass for any home window replacements. I was in need of two window replacements of different sizes and the job was completed in just three business days after sizing, ordering, and installation. The windows look amazing and function great! John was really helpful when discussing options and with scheduling and his field team of Juan and John run a really smooth and efficient installation. Analin, the windows they sale, is a excellent product and Craig was a no high pressure salesman, very nice experience. House is much quieter, windows keep out outside noise and air conditioning doesn’t seem to run as much. Installation was good but they had one very good installer and one inexperienced that did some below par work and had to be corrected, but they did make it right, so overall Very good experience.

Greg and his subcontractors did a fantastic job. They were clean, professional and just all around nice people. The door exceeds my expectations as well. Very good experience!!

Starting with Joe, everyone in customer service has been outstanding. Easy to work with, did not push us to take on more than what we wanted, explained everything in easy to follow language. He even told us which windows that did not need replacement! Everyone has been prompt and courteous. We are thankful that we decided to use Andersen!

Had my entry door replaced about a year ago. I was having trouble with the locking bolt and was told to push on the door and it would engage. Did this until a little over a week ago when I couldn't get it to lock at all. Called and was told they would get back to me as I was very uncomfortable sleeping with an unlocked door.I called back later that day and told them my situation.I was told they understood but would not be able to come out until the following week.I felt I could not sleep with an unlocked front door for over a week so I had to pay someone else to fix it.Just heard from your service dept that they could be out Friday.Very upset with your service dept but love my door.

They found and fixed a leak in my roof. They were very up front on what needed to be done and charged me a fair amount for the work that was done.

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

Adrian and his team did a wonderful job hanging mirrors along the back wall of our clinic. They were timely and professional. The mirrors make our space look much bigger and open. I would highly recommend Adrian and his team! Very happy!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.
