Great product and reasonable price. On a negative note though, if you have issues after the installation it can be difficult getting a hold of someone. We have had several leaks and in all cases it was one to two weeks before someone came out (make sure they seal the top of your windows when they install).

I purchased around 8 windows from Az Valley Windows and I couldn't be happier. I chose vinyl and now my house looks and feels awesome! They are professional, honest and courteous thank you!

They provided clear and helpful information about the product, took detailed precise measurements along with appropriate notations about possible issues, arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the process and were thorough in cleaning up at the end of the project. I would like to specifically acknowledge Roy for his care and attention to all the little details that are so often overlooked; he and his helper, Christian, worked together hand-in-glove and provided a great example of teamwork! Ashley in Scheduling was super helpful and maintained such timely contact with me! I will definitely use True View when I’m ready for new patio doors in the near future. Great work all around!

Sunny State Glass was the best decision we have made. We needed to replace three large windows in the front of our house. They were by far the most reasonably priced. They were very straightforward and no bs upselling. The windows look amazing. I’m not going through anyone else for windows ever.

Wow, I'm impressed with Valleywide Glass! I had a broken patio door glass that needed replaced. From my initial phone call to the job being complete, about 3 hours! Ashley was wonderful figuring out what I needed done and setting up my appointment. My two technicians, Alric and Mike, were great! They were prompt, professional and very pleasant! I'd recommend asking for them by name; they are a very solid team! No one likes these types of surprises, but Valleywide Glass truly made it less of a hassle! Thank you!

Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

We started with another company installing Marvin windows on our house. What a disaster that was! To do the remainder of the windows we hired SI Windows. What a difference a great company makes installing a great window. They even fixed installation mistakes by the other company. Thank you SI Windows and Greg!

Earlier this week we had two windows replaced and the experience was awesome. Due to window failure of an old upper arch window and water damage created by poor sloping on an exterior “pop out“ surrounding the garden style window beneath it, we needed both replaced. We also wanted the exterior pop out removed and the garden window replacement to be flush with the wall to prevent issues in the future. The sales guy I talked to was thorough, had great color suggestion for the frame and responded quickly to email. The two guys who came out to put in the windows were very neat, cleaned up everything thoughtfully and when a concern over existing water damage arose during installation, came up with a solid solution. They bought additional 2x4 and added extra waterproof material to the framing, explaining what was and wasn’t necessary, while listening to our concerns. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the quality of work. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

By far the worst experience I have ever experienced and still experiencing with a 'reputable' company. I was willing to pay the price due to their reputation, but kind of unsure who gave them this reputation. First, I had to wait 9 months for my doors to come in and get installed. Everything they did install needs to be replaced due to defects and here I sit. Trim that does not match, doors that do not lock properly, doors that do not open properly and a door that leaks. I have sent them an itemized email, but no response from that email. March will be one year since I signed the contract with them for over 20,000 dollars. They can come up with more excuses, but no resolution. Needless to say, just be prepared for unresponsive service and please ensure you inspect what they are installing. They are beautiful doors, if they worked properly and had zero defects. I cannot and will not just be dismissive of all the issues, they need to make things right! Make sure you get everything in writing as well, because they will try to blame the customer and state we did not understand. Be wary of the sales people as well, very unprofessional after you sign on the dotted line.

I called Tacheny when I was having roof leak issues. Jim was very responsive and took the time to come out and explore the issue. He gave me honest sound advice in his evaluation. Very respectable company for your roofing needs!

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

Troy and Alex were extremely helpful and patient and explained the whole process with insurance very thoroughly. The roof was done in a day and looks amazing.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

I've had my roof, three doors, two sliding glass doors, and gutters all done by Power.They always do a great job, keep things clean, and their products are long lasting. Our roof work was done 6 years ago and the sliding glass doors and outer doors done this month. Any future work I can get done through Power, I will.

Had a pretty good overhaul for my recent purchased home. Windows and window treatments came out great. It's definitely helping keep out the hot temperatures.

We had Andersen replace 2 sets of sliding doors. One set is fine. The other must have been installed incorrectly and comes of the track. We have been waiting since October for Andersen to fix. I understand that on occasion things aren’t installed correctly, but it’s inexcusable that it has taken this long to address and still not done. In the end, I think it’s poor quality. Sadly, the customer service is also poor.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
