Scheduling a time for them to come give you a quote is almost impossible. The company keeps referring me back to a sales person that doesn't return my calls. They should get rid of them. I can measure my own windows.

From start to finish a wonderful experience. We started with Tom taking the measurements and then asking what we wanted. Our description of what we were wanting he was to order for us. We felt very comfortable with the quote given and ordered two doors and a security door.

The two gentlemen who installed the doors were very professional. They reviewed the entries and got right to work. They made sure things inside were covered to lessen the mess created while they worked. I was especially impressed by the trim work they did. The whole process did not take long. I was so impressed by the clean up. You would have not thought they had been there.

Doors installed and we were so excited of the look and just how much more quiet it was in the house. No more hearing street traffic!

There was a small issue with the security door. They had to rework the entry fitting and that required a return trip. Not a problem for us. We were willing to wait so it would be done right. They were back the following Monday and had it installed in no time.

Dustin came to our house and answered all our questions, along with providing us with a great a price. The window installers were beyond great and hardworking. They knew exactly what they were doing, working efficiently and quickly. We had LEI replace 20 windows in our home. I would def recommend LEI to others.

This is the second time we got windows from here. We loved it so much we got the rest of our house done. Only problem is after we spend all this money to do this they figure out ways to charge you more. I had a leak after they installed them and they said they would come to look at it but if it’s not this exact reason then we will charge you 200 bucks to do so. I explained they removed my roof to I stall them and reinstalled them and said it looks like it can be a roof issue too but that doesn’t matter. They will do it for 200 dollars though! After you get your windows installed it feels like screw you we got your money no more help from us. I’m already dreading the time I need help years down the road when I have issues with age.

The bathroom of my dreams made easy! The remodel was completed in just one day, and each interaction from Marla, the salesperson, to her manager Chad and the installers was extremely pleasant! The installers were incredibly respectful and polite of my home, and unfortunately, they declined offers of McDonald’s for lunch, lol. Phil did a great job replacing a broken window for me. As an out-of-state landlord, sometimes it's hard to know who to turn to for repairs but Phil came recommended. His price was fair and it was worth every penny knowing I could trust him to handle the job and any obstacles my tenant might put in the way. He was responsive and professional.

After having 14 windows and 2 patio doors replaced in our Fountain Hills, AZ. home by Illumination Window and Door we had to hire a competent installer to remove all the windows and replace with new properly sized windows. Thanks to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and Milgard Windows the project is finally complete after two years of Illumination Window refusing to take responsibility for the inferior installation. The patio doors were salvaged by removing and correctly reinstalling, we now have properly installed patio doors that look great and sliding screen doors don't fall out when opened and closed. We originally chose Milgard Ultra retrofit windows to avoid stucco removal and replacement but that all changed thanks to Illumination Window and Door not knowing how to size and install this type of window. Sadly all of the replacement windows required stucco cut back due to the damage to the existing window frames by the Illumination Window installers. When we had an AAMA certified installer inspect the windows it was determined the installation did not meet Milgard Window installation guideline. In the end the project cost us an additional $7K to resolve. Our hope is that this never happens to anyone else. Stay far away from this company they’ve destroyed many homes.
If they were competent they would know that a properly installed retrofit window is sized to fit inside the existing window frame, they simply had no clue and we trusted Mr. Cullotta knew what he was doing....thanks for all the problems you left us with to resolve. Stay far away from this company as expressed on Yelp reviews and Arizona Registrar of Contractors website.
