Dwayne was awesome! I accidentally busted my 2nd story window pane and was in a panic to hear that the first 5 companies I reached out to wouldn't be able to be out till the next week. Even one company came out and wouldn't work on my window because it was too high up (12ft... bruh). But Dwayne came within hours and fixed it super quick and it was a great price! Highly recommend him as he seemed to have a veteran in the business attitude and I was very confident in him to do the job.

We have used Freelite for several years. We have 4 skylights on our patio, and another 3 for inside spaces in hour home. Recently we had a very old one replaced, and another one repaired. Quality product and people all the way. When its time to update our windows I will certainly be using them. I highly recommend Freelite to any homeowner.

My husband and I purchased our home a little over six years ago. The house is about thirty years old and still had the original windows. The windows have always been hard to open and close and last year they became impossible to use. We started shopping around with companies at home and garden shows only to get quotes for around $30,000 to replace most of our windows. Due to the high cost we considered weighing the options of replacing the windows ourselves, that’s when we came across LEI Home Enhancements on Facebook. We met with Dustin and he explained the entire process from consultation to measuring to final install and the benefits we would receive with our new purchase. We were shocked to see the showcase promotional quote was half of what we were told by another big brand named company. The install process was a breeze. Beau our installer was amazing. He showed up on time, was friendly and kept a clean work area. He has great work ethic and doesn’t drag his feet on the job. We were very happy with his install which only took about two and a half days from full tear out to final trim for eleven windows. Throughout the entire process Dustin checked in to make sure we were happy with everything and to let us know what to expect. He was wonderful. We now have amazing windows that function great and can already see a difference between our old ones. We are now able to open the house to let in fresh air; the windows have a locking mechanism that makes me feel comfortable to sleep with them open if I choose to. We no longer have wind blowing through our old windows allowing us to keep our heater and AC from working overtime. We have also noticed a huge difference in outside noise. We live on a street that is in a two year construction project so we constantly have equipment and trucks outside our home. With the new windows we can barely tell if there is any construction going on. It is really amazing how much quieter our home is now. My wife and I could not be happier with our new shower system. Our old porcelain tub was an embarrassment. After careful consideration of all our options, we called Dreamstyle remodeling. Everyone we came in contact with from the Design Consultant Cory Pfister to our Installation Manager William Francis and the 2 shower installers, Dana Gannon and Jared Wingler, everyone was professional and courteous and went out of their way to ensure minimal construction mess. Great customer service and great work overall!

My order was not what I expected. The two larger windows were not openable. The locksets were passage handles only. No locks. Doors were excellent but when all was delivered I was shocked that there was no installation. Had to get an independent contractor in to do that. Also got proper locks from Home Depot and we installed those ourselves. I prefer to work with local small businesses but things like this are making it difficult.

Illumination is a dream maker. We have wanted a door system for 2 years and Anthony (owner) and his team made it happen. I did quite a bit of research before going with Illumination. Anthony was honest and fair. The crew was always on time and cleaned the area every evening. I was told the entire job would take 1 week and it only took 1 week. Anthony was on site multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!

They have a minimum to buy. This is not a company that you should deal with.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.

We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.

The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.
