Ivan and Tristan showed up on time to install our new A/C unit including thermostat. They laid down matting to make sure there was no mess left behind from coming from outside to upstairs as they installed everything. They even wore shoe booties. I was blown away at that. They vacuumed when they left. You couldn’t even tell they were there when they left. They were very professional, kind and respectful. The new system works great! It’s so quiet! I went from a single step to a variable.

Andy came out initially to assess our system and he was so thorough on educating my husband. This is how good he was a educating and pricing. My husband warned me ahead of time that we were not going to purchase an air-conditioning unit. That we had to wait until he left so we could discuss it. Andy came in and showed him on his handy computer. The difference between the unit types, and then gave us a price that was substantially lower than my husband had already pre-priced them at my husband, and then said, “how do we sign and proceed?”. I gave my husband a look as I recalled his warning to me. LOL! That said, the Hobaica prIce was much less. I like-a my Hobaica!

Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. 1/25- Issues with system shutting down around 3am and house cold in the morning. They fit me in same day. Fortunately it was a ecobee setting to shut down at 35 degrees. Stupid in and of itself. Needed a checkup any way and have a few items Pat found that need to be fixed, received quote within a couple minutes, very efficient and thorough service.
