The crew that came to our house did a great job. Laid down plastic over the carpet and had eveything cleaned up and showed us how to operate the windows before leaving. Very pleased

I have an old patio glass door that needed some new rollers and maybe also replace a bad track. I had first called around to get pricing and it was all over the place. I got a hold of True View and was told by a very nice customer service rep that it would be $255.00 rollers and $65.00 track to do the job and that it required 2 people. This estimate was $150- $100 less than that of 3 other competitors. On the day of the install I was given 11 am- 4 pm window. I received another call letting me know that they were on there way. About 15 min later and at 12:30 pm I met the two guy's. Zach and his partner were very professional and explained everything and that it would be about an hour. I was impressed by these guys they did a good job and then some. I can actually close it using my pinky ! I appreciated the job True View had done and it saved me from having to replace the whole door.

Due to a nearby incident, one of my windows were broken. This is a first for me, but I needed a solution. Browsing through different options, I noticed the yelp reviews for this company were pretty high, but they didn't have too many google reviews even though they were positive. Taking a chance, I chose this company.

Needless to say, it worked out just fine. When researching, I had heard stories about extra fees or it taking months to get this kind of job done. Not the case here. Between my initial call and the window being repaired, I think it took about 2-3 weeks. The actual repair itself took about an hour. Price was fair enough, probably even better than some of the other quotes I had seen online.

Overall I would recommend them based on my experience.

I highly recommend this place!! I'm horrible at remembering names but the receptionist was awesome!! She was so sweet, made me feel at home and explained everything so well. The guy who put my new window in also did an amazing job and was fast and efficient. He was very thorough with getting all the broken glass out as well. I waited 5 days for them to come out because they were recommended. After coming they refused to do the work because the window was near a pool, which they had been told about up front. Horrible company.
