Best Auto Window Repair in Phoenix AZ

Weekend window replacement isn't for people on a budget, but Sunny State (Dwayne) was honest, kind, fast, and did amazing work! I called him at 10am on a Saturday and the job was done by 12:30! He cleaned the broken glass outside, gave me great advice, and was the nicest contractor I've ever worked with! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends!

FAST QUICK AND EASY AND EFFECTIVE

Have already recommended this business to a co-worker. The process was very easy to get a quote and an appointment. Did it all by texting. They got me in the next day with options of at their place of work or Mobil at my home. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable during the check in process. Took under an hour to get the work completed. Yelp had a 15% off coupon so came in under the quote price. Would use them again.

I had an issue with the windshield replacement. My systems related to the camera did not work after recalibration. The windshield was a defect. I received a call from Robert who is the owner of the company, he personally made sure everything would be taken care of. Robert took the time to listen and addressed all my concerns. Robert exemplifies a level of customer service that is not found very often. His team did a fantastic job and all is well. I wish Robert and his team the best and much success. I will recommend them to everyone who needs glass work.

I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

Ordered two sheets of glass as table tops to protect the wooden surfaces of a desk and a table. Both pieces look great and my cost was significantly less than what I could buy in the Sedona area. Well worth a weekend trek to pick up glass in Phoenix.

Years ago I let them replace my windshield against my better judgment and they have telemarketed me incessantly ever since... I have asked numerous times to be removed from their phone call list!

If you have a broken windshield call your insurance company & go to one of the places they recommend, the work will be fully covered against leaks and such for life and you will not end up on some high pressure telemarketers phone list!

Never never never use one of these off-brand auto glass companies that you are not sent to expressly by your insurance company!!

Cody and AJ did a great job replacing my windshield. They got caught up with the customer before me, but they let me know ahead of time that they were going to arrive a little past my scheduled appointment time. They were very communicative during the entire process and met me outside my apartment. I left my car with them while they did the replacement, and they called me to come back out in less than half an hour. They had me inspect the work before they left and provided instructions for how to take care of the car while the windshield finished setting over the next 48 hours. I truly appreciated their professionalism and quality of work. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

We've depended on Phoenix Power Window Repair three times now. We made the choice of a model of minivan that unbeknownst at the time of purchase is prone to the cable snapping in the front power windows. So, until we get something else, we're stuck. These people deliver fast, friendly, reliable service at a cost well below what anyone else can deliver. I guess when demand and specialization meet, it's a win-win for everybody. I would recommend them to anyone.

yes I am an older lady who broke down out in the middle of nowhere something that busted my windshield out on the freeway I made an appointment with them they never showed up they never called me they left me sitting out in the middle of nowhere with no shade my car was also vandalized when I went to a hotel my catalytic converter got stolen well I waited on these people who never showed up they wanted to discount me $50 and make me sit there another 15 hours to come put a windshield in so if y'all plan on getting the windshield put in I would advise you not to call these people because they will never show up and they was going to charge me $340 like I said I'm 60 plus years old and they left me sitting out in the Indian reservation in the heat Arizona heat at that

OMG there nuts, I asked for an estimate for a window screen and not a large window just a regular window and I was quoted $400 for the screen and installation, RUN AWAY!!!
