If you need windows tinted they have very reasonable prices. They beat the other places around the area. I am very impressed that they have mobile glass servicing throughout the county.

Customer Service Rep was going to send me an catalog via email and have someone call me for an in home appointment. Neither happened so I called Pella and am moving in that direction. Guess they have more business then they need.

I meet with this guy, sign his contract, he forgets to retrieve my payment, then leaves. He calls and texts me every day for five days straight, harassing me for the payment for a week and then threatens to put a lien on my home. Why didn't I pay? I didn't feel like transferring the funds from one account to another and calling the office immediately. I work ten hours a day and I'm on the phone all day. The last thing I wanted to do was call early in the morning or on my lunch. I would've called on the weekend but then he acted like this. Obviously they are shady and desperate for money. Go somewhere else.
