Best Glass Installation in Phoenix AZ

I ordered my French Doors and a Doggy Door in May and was set an install date of Aug 13th. I was warned that door production was behind and my doors did come in a week late. However, my issue is that it took 5 weeks for my install to get rescheduled, even with me calling every week for an update. When I finally got rescheduled, I received an install date of Dec. 9. So I was quoted 12 weeks. What has happened: 12 weeks lead time, 1 week delay on the doors, 5 weeks to get rescheduled and another 11 weeks for the install. What was quoted 3 months is now at 8 months, if the schedule holds. I am very disappointed. I will update on quality of install once it happens.

UPDATE: So I was contacted by the new Operations Manager shortly after my post and it appears the previous manager had made an error on my order and the company thought I needed a whole wall removed. They apologized for the error and promptly had me scheduled within the week. The crew was very friendly, answered all my questions and were quick with the installation. The only reason for 4 stars is just the bit of frustration and hassle I had to get things done.

We had an easy and great experience - no complaints! We received multiple quotes and AZ Valley windows was exceptionally reasonable, very communicative, and honest about timelines for delivery and installation. We replaced 2 sets of dated French doors with sliding glass and are super happy! Would happily recommend and work with this company again :)

Very pleased with my new bathroom window. Took longer than expected but two reps from True View called as soon as they became aware of the delay and were quick to install when the window did come in. Excellent service from everyone, positive and professional! Thank you.

Juan with Duarte Glass was wonderful! He was experienced, prompt, and he knew how to correct the previous attempt to repair the window (which was not done by Duarte Glass). Juan handled the repair efficiently and quickly and beautifully, and was just an all-around great guy! I will definitely use Duarte Glass services again.

I was originally referred to Freelite by another window company to replace a large skylight in our home. They did fantastic job! I called them a couple of years later to put in a small skylight in a bathroom. Both installations have been free of water leaks for over ten years now. They use the best materials available and have a knowledgeable, respectful team.

Hired Jeremy because I was referred to him through Jim and Dawn from Home Depot. Jeremy came to remove the shower door and I paid him half of the agreed upon fee. However, when trying to get him to come back and install the new shower door the guy kept rescheduling and he was not proactive with his communication. I'd have to message him to ask what time he was coming and then he would have excuses why he couldn't come that day. Lots of good contractors in Phoenix but this isn't one of them.

We had Rick and Shane come to our house to repair a large picture window. They were professional and friendly during the installation process. I'm so glad that we went with Dependable Glass. The front office staff was the first ones to respond after I sent out several quote requests. The entire process moved quickly and smoothly. Will use them for future repair/replacements.

Dustin walked us through a super detailed explanation of the windows, installment and process start to finish. Super friendly and not pushy at all. The installment itself went really smoothly. The guys were polite and efficient. I was working at home the whole time and they weren't a bother at all. We love our windows. They're beautiful and function as expected. They block out a lot more noise which is so nice for us and they definitely block out more heat than our prior single pane windows. With their promotional advertising I 100% recommend.
