This company deserves 10 stars!!!! The 'estimator' was professional and polite. He sat down and calculated our quote so we didn't have to wait, unlike many other companies. Crews on time, very respectful, protect your floors and belongings and clean up after themselves, both indoors and out. We had an issue with one window and it was rectified at lightening speed. Jake's customer service was ON it. Jake was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered seven windows in October, with a 16 week lead time. Well They are installed in less than 12 weeks. Crew that showed up to install we completely professional, Windows are exactly as ordered, installed perfectly and everything is cleaned up. This has been fantastic experience I would highly recommend this company.

I call at 10am on a Saturday and Dwayne was here by noon and gone by 1. Didn't even cost me a fraction of what I thought I'd have to spend on replacing my window panel. Very quick with great prices and didn't try to sell me on anything other than exactly what I needed, what more can a customer ask for. He will be my window guys going forward.

I just had a project done replacing my windows around my house. To start, I have to say that I think Marvin Infinity windows are the best out there when it comes to durability/pricing (after reviewing basically every window on the market). I worked with Greg Johnson, and from start to finish...very through! First, he’s not your typical salesman as he’s more into building relationships through communication, and getting completed what’s most important to you on your project. Installation was great and Kenny made sure everything was done in timely manner, cleaned up and you could barely tell anyone had been there for a major upgrade. Nice to know if I need anything, I can always call on Greg or Kenny. I’m sure these windows will last me a lifetime, and I’ll be referring them over to family/friends. Nice work guys!!

I love this company!!! Dustin was great. My windows looked awesome and everything was explained step by step through the process. It was completed in the time they set aside for it. I have already referred someone to them!

The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.

Renewal by Andersen is the Best of the Best when it comes to windows! Will, the team leader, Arthur and Joey showed up on time and we’re done ahead of schedule. Will gave very comprehensive instructions on how to use and clean the windows as well as the warranties. It was worth the cost for such high quality windows. My place is already so quiet compared to before and I can feel how much cooler it is! I will use them for my sliding glass door too!

We had a new shower install in the master Bathroom. Joseph and Brett went way and above to make sure the job was done professionally. They were prompt explained everything that was being done. They were on time and cleaned up each day. The shower looks awesome. I think they both deserve a raise and you need to hire more people like them. So i give the 5 plus stars. After having 14 windows and 2 patio doors replaced in our Fountain Hills, AZ. home by Illumination Window and Door we had to hire a competent installer to remove all the windows and replace with new properly sized windows. Thanks to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and Milgard Windows the project is finally complete after two years of Illumination Window refusing to take responsibility for the inferior installation. The patio doors were salvaged by removing and correctly reinstalling, we now have properly installed patio doors that look great and sliding screen doors don't fall out when opened and closed. We originally chose Milgard Ultra retrofit windows to avoid stucco removal and replacement but that all changed thanks to Illumination Window and Door not knowing how to size and install this type of window. Sadly all of the replacement windows required stucco cut back due to the damage to the existing window frames by the Illumination Window installers. When we had an AAMA certified installer inspect the windows it was determined the installation did not meet Milgard Window installation guideline. In the end the project cost us an additional $7K to resolve. Our hope is that this never happens to anyone else. Stay far away from this company they’ve destroyed many homes.
If they were competent they would know that a properly installed retrofit window is sized to fit inside the existing window frame, they simply had no clue and we trusted Mr. Cullotta knew what he was doing....thanks for all the problems you left us with to resolve. Stay far away from this company as expressed on Yelp reviews and Arizona Registrar of Contractors website.

The guys that performed my installation were second to none, they worked clean, efficient and were so respectful. The gentleman that helped me design my project was great as well, and helped me transform my home. We are ready in the event that we have another summer like this past year, because of our new doors and windows.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
