Mr. Handyman of Scottsdale

I had Mr. handyman come and reset a toilet, and put in a fireplace. They did a great job, they were in able to move me up on their schedule and get everything done in one day. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of Scottsdale. We have used this company twice and are scheduled to have them back in October. Their prices are reasonable, which is a plus, but what really sets them apart is their integrity. They show up on time, respond to all questions and concerns we have, and stay within range of the original estimate. They don't try to upsell for additional repairs, they communicate constantly during their visit, and even give recommendations on how to keep things in good working order after they are gone. Customer service is a top priority for this company and it shows. One of my favorite things about Mr. Handyman is that Jon is willing to communicate via the customer's preferred style, which for me is text-only.
His technician, Ken, completed many jobs in our home with efficiency and skill, and we asked for him by name for our next project. This is the best company we have done business with in a long time!

Team built shelving and a workbench in our garage. Excellent communication, arrived on time, thought through the project and built exactly what we needed. Good guys to be around too. It's always better when the people you hire to come into your home are genuinely kind.

After hiring someone else who could not figure out how to repair a kitchen drawer that fell apart, this company fixed it in about 45 minutes. Their rates are very reasonable and I will definitely be asking for their help again. So happy I was able to find them. I was referred to them by Home Depot.

Ken is a very professional employee! I highly recommend this company and the service installer. Ken got to work right away and kept me informed as he worked. We had Mr. Handyman construct a storage loft in our garage. It is visually pleasing and constructed like Fort Knox. Everyone at Mr. Handyman was very professional. The workers who came to our house were so polite and kind and cleaned up all debris. I would highly recommend them for any project big or small.

I needed a rotting wood beam on the outside of our house repaired and Jon with Mr. Handyman offered the most sensible and cost effective solution. He communicated with me often and clearly, and arrived on time for our appointment. DJ did the work and we are very pleased with the results.

We have used this service several times and are always happy with the work they do. The servicemen are professional and extremely knowledgeable and work quickly and efficiently. I don't use my real name on here before they claim I'm not on file. Called to ask where my technician was. Lady on the phone say he lost track of time. Head must've been in the clouds. Her exact words. He needs to be disciplined to respect people's time. Taking extended breaks when people take time off work and wait days to get someone to come out is unacceptable. I'll do my own repair. I lost a lot of money today waiting.

Ross fixed my front door and toilet. He is very knowledgeable and efficient and pleasant. I intend to use your company again because of him. WELL DONE!

Mr. Handyman has always been extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. We love their handyman DJ and have him out here at our business for all our random needs, from installing street signs, to replacing lights, to cleaning ceiling tiles. Love them! 100% recommend.

Outstanding!!! Ken has come to my house many times for repairs and has done a fantastic job. He even has solutions to issues that I am having that I didn't even think of. This company has been friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Ross explained the problem clearly as to what the problem was and what parts are needed to fix the issues. He did not even charge on that day as he could not use the parts that I purchased because they were wrong parts. I made a follow up appointment after I purchased the correct parts he needed. He came back and fixed the repairs. I wish more handymen were like him.

On February 8th 2023, I asked Mr. Handyman of Scottsdale to repair 6 items. The handyman was DeJhon (DJ) Kyles. I needed him to fix a toilet handle, repair grout in the master shower, and fix a door that was not closing from our kitchen to the garage. I paid him for these repairs and he said he would have to schedule another appointment to repair the 3 remaining items. This is Wednesday 15th one week later and no reply. If they do not want to do the additional work, a phone call would be appropriate. Not a good way to run a Handyman business. I will have to look elsewhere for the 3 remaining repairs

Mr. Handyman responded to my email almost immediately scheduling a handyman to come between 1-3:00 PM. Curt showed up before 1:30 and did the job quickly and professionally. Would definitely call them again!

Kurt came to repair all the locks on my store (Charlotte Russe @ Scottsdale fashion square) and was extremely professional fast and efficient in his installation of 7 knobs. My customers will now be able to try on all the clothes they need!!! Thank you guys so much!

Blind adjustment on 5 windows. The first handyman sent did a poor job which got reported. Handyman services replaced all the damaged blinds and adjusted them perfectly. If something goes wrong they will go the extra mile to fix it.

My tech Kurt was great, on time, friendly and ensured my pictures were hung safely and level. They look great!

I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of Scottsdale. I’ve used this service on three occasions and I’ve been very satisfied with the quality of their work. They are a great team and have excellent solutions to household problems.

They did a few repairs and replacement for me, new smoke detectors, new front door handle assembly, a master shower caulking and repairs.

Ross came out to help with a portion of our remodel. He was prompt, clean, thorough and took the time to explain different choices and components. The staff at the home office is excellent as well - they get back to you promptly and answered every question that we had. Will absolutely use them in the future.

I just had Ross here from Mr. Handyman of Scottdale. Ross was awesome! He was professional, on-time and the quality of his work was top notch. He patched some dry wall from water damage, fixed broken sink shut-off valves and fixed broken hinges on kitchen cabinets. Mr. Handyman stays in touch via phone and text messages. You even receive a photo of who will be showing up. The prices were reasonable. I would use Mr. Handyman again for sure.

I had a great experience with Mr. Handyman. I needed someone to install a large retractable awning above my patio. They were able to set an appointment for the following week, then surprised me by calling the very next day to say that they would be able to come right away. I was pleased. They showed up right on time and got to work and completed the job. A day later, I noticed that the awning needed some adjustment, so I called and they set a time to come by to correct it. This is now twice I have the used the company. Did a TV mount, door lock repaired, drywall patched. I would use again and again. They ask where you want the TV (higher or lower) and asks for an opinion where few handyman ask.

Ross did an excellent job repairing our drywall. He was on time and completed the job in the allotted time.

Highly recommended! Ron was great, friendly and versatile. I had originally called to repair a screen door but I knew it wouldn’t fill the whole hour, so I had 3 other items on my list. He fixed them all and even gave me some advice I asked about on painting myself a bathroom cabinet! Above and beyond! And communication was great prior to the appt! I will definitely use them again!

We needed pedestals installed under our washer and gas dryer and had been unable to get anyone to do it. Mr. Handyman technician Ken Kazimierczuk was on time and accomplished the task quickly. On his first trip it was discovered that some parts were missing for the dryer which I ordered and when they came in he returned the very next business day to finish the job. And it was done without additional charges for the second trip. I will definitely use them again.

Kaz was really great to work with. He installed a glass panel Door and transom window above it, in a doorway. Now we have a 4th bedroom. He figured out how to make it work in the existing space, came early on the build day and quoted us less than we thought we'd have to pay. He did a great job!
