Best Roaches Control in Phoenix AZ

As a commercial property manager it can be hard to find vendors who provide timely and reliable service. Paul at Bill's Termite came out to the property on time and answered all of my questions. He also provided a very sensible and cost effective solution to the issue we had at the property. His knowledge and expertise has saved me money (cost is about 1/3rd of a competitor) and time as competitors were recommending unnecessary and costly solutions to a simple problem. I will continue to use them for all of my properties.

Over the years we have used a few different Pest Control business, but Family First is beyond the others. Very reliable, effective and detailed. We are very pleased with this service.

Philipo was very polite, on time .He was very knowledgeable as he explained the procedure for termite inspection and offered to perform the inspection righy away. I will have him again.

I hired them to get rid of the pigeons at my residence. Their technician came in and suggested a $780 service. I paid the service, they broke few of my titles on the roof and didn’t solve my problem, the pigeons are still there, putting their eggs and making a big mess.
I got in contact with their customer service that told me that I would have to hire them again for an additional service, that would be trapping the pigeons for extra $500!
Don’t lose your time and money with them.

If I could rate this company zero I would. When I spoke to the person who was setting up my service she lied to me about the price, When I asked them to pull up the call they gave me some bogus excuse on why they can’t pull up the call. When a supervisor finally reach out to me after a month of trying to get one to call me back. When I spoke to Chris the supervisor he was very unhelpful and did not provide me with a solution. Now they are charging me $200 to get out of this contract, when no one even explain that their would be a contract. This company lies and deceives you. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We have been using Custom Pest Services for a couple of months now. We always enjoy talking with Jonathan, he is patient and take the the time to make sure he knows what's needed in your home. He also doesn't try to upsell services you don't need. He's always on time and communicates everything. Best part, no contracts and fair pricing! 100% recommend.

I was having bird issues at my house. Green Arrow Pest Control came and took care of it. No bird issues, and he followed up to make sure the birds did not come back.

There have been challenges with my house, based on the way it was built and set up. He has always met the challenges with professionalism and provided great service. Would highly recommend

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

Best service, and service professional we have had.

I loved this company because it killed crickets, scorpions and black widows outside my home. The company is really responsible. The cost is affordable.
