I am so very happy with this company and how they were able to completely rid my rental property of bugs and cockroaches. It is a blessing to have a company like this on your side to do this kind of work. They are very effective. I would highly recommend them.

I had my whole yard sprayed by annual exterminating yard pests. It's a extra cost but I think that it is needed to get pet bug's that get on them and the spiders around the house and bushes. They always do a good job for me. I give the technician 10 stars.

Pest R us is top notch! They are always on time, with a text to remind me that they are coming. They are kind to my dogs. They offer excellent follow up if ever we have an extra 'visitor' between treatments. and they are the nicest people I have ever worked with.

Jackie is very thorough, specifically with taking time to ensure all expectations have been met since the last service. They are a wonderful company and provide great customer service as well as perform an outstanding job. We have been using them for years and have always been more than satisfied. Their technicians are very professional, courteous and are a wealth of information. They will answer all of your questions as well as provide you with helpful tips on how to help keep your home and yard free of pests. And the added plus is that they are very reasonably-priced. Season to season, they are our goto service.

We have been using Pest r us for years on a preventative basis and have never had any issues with bugs. In the over 18 years I've lived in the valley I've never even seen a scorpion thanks to these guys :)

My husband and I moved (with our 3 cats) into a very nice house in Tempe in August of 2014. At that time, we didn't have any issues with the local creepy crawlies. That all changed a couple of days ago when I saw a scorpion skitter out from under the fridge at 2am. I squashed it before my cat could try to help. The next day, my husband found one about 1/2 way up the curtain on the sliding door. Squashed that one as well and decided that the issue had to be addressed immediately. I did an internet search for my zip code and 'pest control' and clicked on the first result closest to me. That turned out to be the best thing I could have done!

The company was Pest'R Us Exterminating, Inc., and I first spoke with a very nice admin lady (sorry ma'am, I didn't catch your name) who assured me the product used is safe for pets (always my biggest worry when it comes to unknown chemicals in my home). She took my info and contacted the owner, Eric, who was out in the field.

Eric called back and it was determined that his associate, Chris, would be able to come spray our house that same day. What a relief!! Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and focused on his job. He answered all of our questions thoroughly.

The service we bought was a one time application and because I found them online, we received a $10 discount. We only paid $65, which was much less than what we had expected, especially given that we were asking for same day service instead of scheduling a future date for service.

We really could not be any happier with the services provided and the professionalism of all three people we spoke with. I highly recommend Pest'R Us Exterminating, Inc. if you need pest control services!

*UPDATE* It's now been 5 years and we still use Pest'R Us Exterminating for pest control around our home. The service has been consistently great; the field associates, office admin, and owner are all friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Shortly after my initial review 5 years ago, my husband and I decided to sign up for monthly service and that continues to this day. Thank you, Eric and staff, for over 5 years of wonderful service!

The technicians are great. They are knowledgeable. They explain issues with pests and pest control so that we can understand it. Their work is thorough, and they are genuinely concerned and interested in us and our needs.

Note: We have been pleased with the service we have received from Pest R Us since I met with Eric when we first moved to Tempe and into our first rental home here. When we moved into our second rental home (when the owner of the first home decided to sell to a developer), it was a no-brainer that we would ask Pest R Us to continue providing our service!

As long as we live in their service area, we will continue to be loyal customers!

Ethan and his crew of workers are amazing. They come spray once a month at your home, inside and outside of your home. They are very detailed and do a great job with the exterior doors, barrier of the home around entire house, and then another spray barrier on your exterior portion of the backyard and front yard. They also will find all of the areas that house the termites, bugs, scorpions, hornets, and anything else. These are professional exterminators that ensure your home is clean of these pesky and dangerous bugs (scorpions and black widows - both poisonous). I would HIGHLY suggest spraying once a month. Once a quarter with any bug spray will not work; listen to your bug guy he knows best! Best of all, if you see any bugs after being sprayed, they will come out immediately and exterminate them. This is the most affordable, accurate, professional bug service in Arizona.

This company is great! Jay sprayed my house down after I had found several scorpions over a course of a week! He did amazing and was so nice and a pleasure to talk/work with!

Able to get an appointment the next day. They were prompt and did a thorough job including any additional areas we requested. Chris also put booties on before coming in the house and social distanced from us. Great company!

We purchased a home in Arizona in March of 2018. This company was recommended by our real estate agent. Since our home was vacant for over a year before purchase, we called at the first sight of the lovely arizona sewer cockroaches that seem to inhabit vacant homes. Someone from the company came out, took care of the issue and educated us on how those particular roaches should not be an issue if the house is not vacant, water is running etc. Also signed up for monthly pest control. They come out every month, like clockwork and do their magic. We've been in the home for over a year now, without any issues. I would recommend this company. Their rates are reasonable and they are responsive and available. I would highly recommend this company if you are interested in preventing critters and don't want to worry about pest control.

Pest'R Us is really the best, we have used them for about 7 years in two different homes. They come anytime we need them, especially if we have concerns or see scorpions. They are reliable and affordable, I highly recommend them.

Ethan is so knowledgeable and gets right to work. He explains everything. I am able to see the results, as we recently moved to this home and it had a scorpion problem, but after just two visits there is no longer an issue. They are the best!

I used to work for these guys their really fake and tell the techs to make sure and use chemical thats less effective intentionally to save money also doesn't pay over time even if you work it by accident he will just stop your time. Will also lie to customers about what they need and is a very rude individual don't try and get anything across to him he will just tell you how he made the company on his own and how great God is.

I'm searching for pest control options and see this company during a google search in my area. I am currently writing down phone numbers and reading reviews. I have never used this company but am going to leave a 5-star review to counter the 3 stars a gentleman left because their logo has a scorpion with 8 legs and scorpions don't have 8 legs. Sir, scorpions are, indeed, a member of the arachnid family and therefore have 8 legs. A simple Google search will confirm it. For folks leaving reviews anywhere, consider a little humility, check your information and offer valuable info. I do not much care how much you like their logo but am most definitely interested in whether they provide good service and effective pest control. Geez.....

We've been with them for probably 18 years. We will never go anywhere else. We have been pretty much bug-free, with the exception of an occasional stray once or twice per year. Great staff!
