We had a small issue with a migratory bug, that seemed to be gone by the time Alex came out, but we wanted to have prevention from anything coming around my home in the near future. Alex was recommended to me and I had a great experience as he was thorough before and after the treatment around my home. Great attitude and focused on making sure we felt value in the service. They need to have night hours for people who work for a living and cannot be there during the day. Great Service, IF you can get them to come while you are home.

Nick and Steve were incredibly professional, thorough, honest, and attentive to our variety of needs! We’ve utilized Fromms for weed control as well as rodent removal and have been very satisfied with all services! Steve came weekly to rebait our rodent traps until the issue was resolved and Nick sealed our home to prevent any further issues. There are way too many honest exterminators to put up with these pests.I paid my last bill with Arizona Exterminators years ago and canceled the account. Ever since they’ve been purchased, the new company (Western Exterminator) keeps trying to charge us for service. We moved out of state more than three years ago, and they keep hassling us with new bills from services supposedly rendered way after we moved out. Stay far away from this company.

We have been using Russell Pest Control for 20 years. We have always been pleased with their service. They have sprayed monthly for insects, and checked if we felt we had any other potential problems. The service people are always prompt and efficient. For the past year and a half they have always worn a mask which we have certainly appreciated. We anticipate never needing any other pest control company.

The nightmare of finding and dealing with bed bugs is extremely embarrassing (even though none of our fault) and unnerving. We immediately called Ryan who I have had knockout our termites and pretty much yearly spray for weeds and basic pest services. Ryan and his team are prompt, professional, and by far the best price for the quality and service you receive. I handed them the keys and left. I don’t mean this lightly, but finally, we can rest at night again knowing Ryan and his knowledge and expertise took care of our problem.
