I had a VA pest inspection for a refinance done today.Very easy to schedule. I just sent a text, and had an appointment the following morning. The appointment took 20 mins, he explained what he was doing, and was respectful to maintain distance and wear gloves and a mask with the pandemic going on right now. I had all the documents I needed from the inspection within 20 mins after my appointment. Very reasonably priced. Great service

Technician was very prompt and friendly. He removed a scorpion from near my son's room that I didn't know was there. I haven't seen a bug since.

This is the first time we used Action Termite and were very pleased with their service and work for treating termites. The inspection report and quote was very detailed and the sales rep Jason called and explained the process. The technician Bill arrived on time, was very competent in his work and did exactly what they said they would do for the termite treatment. He worked diligently for 2.5 hours, filled in all drilled holes and cleaned up when he was done. Will definitely use them again.

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.

This was our second visit from MasterTech. Zack is our technician. What a nice young man. He is friendly to our Dogs and is professional all the way. He also took the time to explain the different kinds of ants which I found fascinating. I really appreciate the level of customer service from MasterTech. Love these guys!

I’m a lifelong customer! My boyfriend and I realized we had an ant problem that needed to be fixed right away and we called around tons of places that were just way too pricey and wanted to sell us memberships.
We found watch dog and they were able to send a guy out within a hour on a Saturday! He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He even called a few weeks later to check in and make sure the ants had gone away.... we were super impressed with the prices and the service. We won’t be using anyone else from now on and highly recommend this company!

I have been using City Wide pest Control for about a year now and I haven’t had a single critter ever in my house. City Wide is very welcoming , punctual and does a great job at keeping my home pest free. Technicians can be a hit or miss sometimes (given the economy at the moment this is normal) - but I am very pleased with with technicians Angel Cooper & Billy . They have by far been the most pleasant technicians to work with. Angel Cooper is very friendly, makes sure to ask & listen to any issues I may be experiencing and thoroughly explained as she completed her walk through. Billy was phenomenal as well , he caught termite issues no other technician mentioned , thoroughly cleaned my garage that was cobweb central and made sure to leave me extra sticky traps in case I needed to change them out In-between monthly service. Both technicians went above and beyond and truly know the value of customer satisfaction!!! Overall pleased with my decision to have city wide as my service provider.

Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

Well priced and excellent service. You will need multiple treatments to fully rid your house of termites and they are quick to come out for retreatments. I paid $600 and had a five year warranty. I would highly recommend them.

I would like to thank Brenda and Brandon for such a professional job done with my issue of termites. It is a stressful time anyway and Brenda made sure that an appontment was right away for the guys to come out. Brandon knows his stuff and was there to answer any of my questions. I had noticed a few termite tubes in my house. I called Beebes pest control in Mesa, AZ and had someone come out. The inspector showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained the process to me while I showed him the termite tubes. He went on to spray the base of my house, however I was told he would do much more than just spray. 4 days after the service 5 more tubes developed, I called another company(Proof Pest Control). As I suspected they confirmed that the service promised was not performed. This time the service was done and he showed me the proof. I will not be using Beebes pest control ever again, which kind of sucks because they were prompt and nice. But i didn't pay over $400.00 to meet a nice person I wanted a service. You live and learn i guess.

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance.
