The inspector showed up on time, was professional, showed me exactly what he found and where so I could see for myself. Treatment options were explained including with a drawing of my residence showing where the treatments would occur. The pricing was established and the treatment date established. The technician showed up on time, completed the treatment, was courteous, professional, and efficient. This is a highly recommended company.

Look no further! This team of folks will take care of so don't even look any further, honestly. Every time I reach out to them I get an immediate response from them. I have them do pest control and had them do a very impressive bird control job, mainly pigeons destroying property. They did such an amazing job at blending my home's facade and walkway with barricades so that pigeons cannot not land or nest. It's been a lifesaver.

He coordinated with our property manager to be sure our guests were taken care of and the pest issue handled. He relieved stress and handled things like a pro. Gail with their office was also great and handled the billing portion. So nice and friendly. Highly recommend them!

For 14 years I had them out to the house to treat for termites. For 14 years we had termites. They never got rid of them. They treated this house from construction until this spring, when they refused to renew our warrenty, they no longer service our geographical location. We were told by the owner, Kevin Etherridge, to never contact them again. We were also left you feel like the termite problem was our fault. They were out 2 to 3 times a year for 14 years. As soon as we saw the termites we called for service. We now have structural damage. Cory, Jeff, and Paul are not someone you want out to your house. All 3 if them are rude. All 3 talk down to you. The office staff and Lionel are great.

Rich and Barry were great to deal with and very professional. We had hundreds of pigeons living on our activity center roof. Our pigeon problem was much worse than first thought and they did not give up until they were gone and the mess was cleaned up. I would recommend to anyone looking to get rid of a pigeon problem.

The owners take personal responsibility, and the service continues past, treatment with personal follow-up and re-treat if necessary. Their termite guy Steve has be prompt and thorough on every job he has done for me or my clients and provided extra value to his service by noticing other things in the home that may need attention way beyond termite control. Rid-A-Bird is a trusted source and I highly recommend for all your Pest, Weed, Termite, and Bird control/treatment. Oh, forgot to, mention, snake removal too....they have come out on short notice when there has been an unwelcome visitor near the house to remove.

I had noticed a few termite tubes in my house. I called Beebes pest control in Mesa, AZ and had someone come out. The inspector showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained the process to me while I showed him the termite tubes. He went on to spray the base of my house, however I was told he would do much more than just spray. 4 days after the service 5 more tubes developed, I called another company(Proof Pest Control). As I suspected they confirmed that the service promised was not performed. This time the service was done and he showed me the proof. I will not be using Beebes pest control ever again, which kind of sucks because they were prompt and nice. But i didn't pay over $400.00 to meet a nice person I wanted a service. You live and learn i guess.
