I am the maintenance supervisor at a property management co.
We recently hired Urban Desert Pest Control to service the majority of our pest control needs. He is very professional, always takes him time to do the job right, and I have never had a negative review from him!

After an initial bump in the road, Burns immediate response to my concern and were out to treat my termite issue. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Jerry, Beau, and Eric for listening and addressing my issue. They really do care about their customers.

Insectek has been amazing from the beginning! This business takes care of me like I am family. Morgan is the man you want to talk to for your needs. He is professional and knowledgeable, and really takes the time to address all the issues that we have had around our property, such as scorpions, spiders, cockroaches, and most recently, tiny little beetles coming out of our fireplace (yuck!). Brian is great. He let's me know when he'll be here and is always on time. Thorough and professional. Took care of the wasps by my front door in less than a day.

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

We have used Contractors Termite Pest Control for years for monthly sprays and keep an annual termite warranty. They are awesome! TJ is our guy, and he is so easy to communicate with and knows his stuff! He is a true professional and always communicates with us for scheduling times, plus texts us when he is on his way and when he arrive ms because we have dogs. He always answers our questions too. He is very personable and an all around great guy you can trust. Can’t say enough about TJ & Contractors! I will continue to stay a customer for sure!

I saw a scorpion in my house and FREAKED! I called Johnathan at Custom Pest Services and he got me in immediately. I haven’t seen a scorpion since. I’m so thankful for the peace of mind he has brought me and my family.

Cheap work if they work

Purchased their 25 Gal electric pump rig. The process was very easy and smooth with updates throughout the entire process from initial order, manufacturing and delivery. I did have the pump malfunction and called to get assistance in troubleshooting. I wasnt home to be able to do those steps at the time, but even still, they let me know they were shipping new parts at no cost as a just in case. I really appreciate the forethought and consideration to get me back up and running as soon as possible.

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
