Zack L. was extremely courteous and professional!! He walked me through every step of the process, ( because I'm one of those guys who wants to understand the work that I'm paying for), and he answered all of my questions. He explained what treatment was necessary, (did not try to force my decision), though I did opt for a full treatment, because this is my house after all.I will update this review in a few months, after seeing, first - hand, how well it works. Based on my experience today, I would definately recommend Insectek!

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. Bulwark was really thorough and quick. I got same day service which was really convenient. Our pest control technician William Hartfield was professional and took great care in making sure he addressed problematic areas where we’ve seen scorpions. I’ve been with Bulwark for almost three years now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with protecting my home from scorpions or any other pests.

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.

I've been using Lisa from Pink Mantis for years! We were once bombarded with scorpions, but now see maybe 1, 1x a year. Lisa rocks! She explained to me how scoprians work, what they eat and why we had them. I would definitely recommend Pink Mantis!

I have been a customer of Steve Moose’s pest control service for 6+ years. During the Summer months we experience a handful of scorpions in our home, but thankfully they are dead upon discovery. We did have a cricket infestation last year, which Steve promptly treated and returned for a backup treatment at no additional cost.
