Insectek Pest Control is by far the BEST pest control company I’ve ever dealt with. In fact, one the best companies to do business with.In the past I was so frustrated and disappointed with the “big” name pest control companies. Non-stop no show technicians, lack of communication, rude office and technicians and irregular billing was the norm. I couldn’t believe how little these companies cared about my time, concerns or needs.Thankfully I found Insektek through a Google search. I saw all the wonderful reviews and hoped for the best.They absolutely excel in communicating to their customers and are always prompt, professional, friendly and actually do what they say, when they say they’re going to do It. Sadly, In this day and age this is considered a miracle.I’ve used their service for about two years now. Primarily to make sure all scorpions in my area never make it in my home. Finding those Termite tubes on a weekend is not a happy thing. I called couple of exterminating companies and got wide range of quotes from $450 to $2500 for treatment and warranty. Finally I called House Doctors who are referred by our friend and got a reasonable quote. Tracy took time to answer all my questions and explain the treatment process.This morning their technician Joshua showed up and did a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable and did through job. I am glad I choose this company over others. Now I feel safe that my house is 100% protected by House Doctors for next 5 years. I would highly recommend this company for your exterminating needs!!

The Dales came out yesterday and did an inspection and sprayed for insects,etc. Service was great and I will be using them ongoing!

Brandon Beers was my technician today, and as usual, he took great care of us. I have been using Bulwark for 6 years and have been very pleased with their service. I had an issue with scorpions when I initially called them, but I haven't seen a scorpion inside my house in years.

Great service and results. Have used them for a year now and went from finding over a dozen scorpions a night when we moved in to maybe two a month now. Couldn't be happier.

Creepy Crawly has been the best pest service company that I have used since moving to AZ 20 years ago. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and always take the time to go over the service performed. They guarantee their work and will do follow up calls if necessary.

Have had very good service at reasonable prices in the past but recently the tech was not that good. Have requested another tech in the future.

Convenient service

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
