We have been personally using this company for many years. We own 5 properties here in the Phoenix area and they service all of them. We have worked with them on scorpions and termites mostly and their advice and service is effective. I've been working with this company for several years. We have them spray our house / property a couple times a year for regular pest control maintenance. They always show up on time (or early) and all of the techs who I've worked with over the years have been very friendly, helpful, and professional. Scheduling is super easy - I normally just schedule via text message! They can typically come out within a day or two. Some other companies I've quoted or worked with book 4-6 weeks out (No Thanks!)! The pricing is really reasonable too. Overall I really like working with this company and would definitely recommend them!

Another great aspect of their services as there's no contract required like EcoShield who will ding your credit report the first time you don't pay because you didn't know they signed you up for a 2 year contract.

I changed my rating because the owner reached out and wanted to make it right. Thank you.Called was told service was going to be 50.00 a month if I wanted bi-monthly it would be 60.00.Young man came out was very nice. Sprayed inside and out.I gave him my debt card and he ran it.A couple days later I checked my checking account and instead of 50.00 he ran 75.00..if I had been told first time would be 75.00 that is one thing but to give me one price then run another is wrong so I won't be using them again.

We needed a termite treatment quickly when we were in the process of selling our house. Holly was able to fit us in in 2 days - it wasn't the timeliness of work, but the quality of their work that impressed me. They were knowledgeable and very thorough. The prices were the best we've seen, and the job came with full documentation of their inspection, and warranty. I highly recommend this company over the rest. Holly answered my questions and had a quote for me quickly. What was nice is that she used county records to give me a quote over the phone rather than setting up an appointment for an in person quote. Service provider came on schedule and did the work as prescribed. The work was for termites and after the estimated cure time, no more termite tubes.

We had a last minute termite inspection needed. We contacted Creepy Crawly and they were able to work us in without any issues. They were prompt and so very professional. The termite report was emailed out before we finished the home inspection and the realtor had her copy before even arriving at the home for the inspection review. Absolutely great experience.

I left a message about termite damage over the Thanksgiving weekend. I got a response, and employees showed up on Monday. They gave me multiple options, explained all treatments, and quoted prices. They followed up with a written quote. Once I notified them of our choice, they came immediately for treatment of our damage, and came several days later to install termite protection for our whole house. Excellent, professional service.

I have been using Creepy Crawly Pest Control for almost 3 years now. They have always done a great job so I thought it would be fun to do some scorpion hunting like I have seen them do at other places.So at 9pm, after it’s all dark, we get our black light flash lights out and we headed out to the back yard. After 45 mins of hunting & not finding 1 scorpion.... I was like well, looks like you guys do too good of a job! I was disappointed that we didn’t find anything but I was sooooo happy we didn’t find anything!Thank you Holly & Tim for at coming out! They came out the same day I called and located the problem in places nobody else had looked. Even the previous experts were outsmarted by our rats and never caught a single one. I don't like rats. After I got over the initial shock of finding termite trails around the perimeter of my garage I sat down the business of shopping. Finding the perfect mix of price and quality is very hard for the laymen. It became even harder after talking to many pest control companies. Those that hovered around $1000 to treat your house told me horror stories about other companies that send inexperienced workers who cut corners. I was relieved and excited to find Creepy Crawly Pest Control and to read testimonies of people in my community about the excellence of this company. Their prices were reasonable and the service was amazing. They are a family owned business that always sends at least 1 family member to treat your home when dealing with termite infestations. Somebody comes to your home whom is invested in the business and the relationship that they have with their clients. It was refreshing! When Holly arrived at our home, she immediately got to the business of pest control. She and her husband were very knowledgeable and efficient. You could tell that they had worked together and had the system down. I would recommend this company and this service to anybody! Thank You Creepy Crawly Pest Control!!

Highly recommend this extremely professional company! They are kind, professional, accommodating, and efficient. I called on a Sunday and they squeezed me in on Monday morning. I told them on the phone my daughter would be napping they knocked very quietly, and tiptoed through the house being careful not to wake my daughter. Pricing is great, no contracts which I love! They spent a great amount of time showing us what areas the bugs may be coming in from. Since they sprayed our new build, we haven't seen any scorpions. We even went out to hunt after the landscapers dug up the yard to install drip lines and didn't find any creepy crawlies! Love them, great company!
