This is my regular monthly pest control service since I bought my home 5 years ago. Always professional & prompt. They remind me of upcoming appt which is so easy for me. He knocks down any webs & leaves me a summary of chemicals used & services.

We live in newly developed area of Peoria and when we moved in by the end of summer, I could tell that the house has never been periodically treated as we were finding 3-4 bark scorpions inside the house almost every day (coming out of printers, walking on the walls just above the bed, etc..) After contacting Urban Desert, they took the matter in their hands and boy, I don't remember how the bark scorpions look like anymore! They also remind when the next treatment is due and it helps a lot to someone who's not very good at future planning. We are very pleased with the results and we highly recommend Urban Desert Pest Control!

The owners take personal responsibility, and the service continues past, treatment with personal follow-up and re-treat if necessary. After there service we were seeing so many scorpions in our house and John made it clear that if you see any scorpions call us and will take care of it . They don’t respond to text or call and we end up switching our service. I don’t trust because everytime either he is having Covid or something else and don’t show up for appointments!!
