Best Full House in Phoenix AZ

Great experience with Insectek so far! We recently moved to AZ and was looking for a Pest Control company to do preventive services. I contacted them via their web page and got a call from Bryce the same day. He was very nice and explained all the options available. Everything was very easy and we were able to schedule the first visit within a week. Tyler just came in today, he was on time, very professional and also very nice!

The service itself is fine but there was a bit of a kerfuffle switching between my old company and this company and payment. Oh well.

We have been using this company for a year now. The service has been very good. No more bugs in our condo.

Technician showed up as scheduled. Appeared very knowledgeable on applying chemicals. Very friendly , competent and well priced service. Will definitely recommend and use again.

This company was great to work with! Roger did our initial inspection and provided us with a couple different options to choose from which allowed us to find something within our budget, very important during this time of increased inflation! This was just one of the things that set Uni-Tech apart from other pest control companies that we requested estimates from. Roger was more thorough in his inspection than the other companies, and the warranty offered is longer than that of the others we met with too. They were on time, professional, and overall a great experience!

Paid $90 for a one time treatment which took all of 10 minutes. Was told a RE-SPRAY would be done if I still saw the bugs. I phoned back and was told a RE-SPRAY is *not* included in the one time. Incredibly lame. Will not use again.

Such bad, unprofessional, rude service. Do not recommend. They were so rude to my mother, one of the managers actually hung up on her while she was speaking. If you're looking for respectful and professional service, do NOT go here! So expensive and on top of that have such a bad attitude. No thanks.

After emailing House Doctor AZ, David gave me a call and was extremely helpful with my situation. I was called within 1 hour of my email.

I just recently purchased my house, and discovered termites one month later... David looked up my address and informed me that another company had done treatment about 6 months ago, and told me that I was still under warranty with them. He did not try to rip me off which was very honest of him.

He then spent 25 minutes on the phone with me talking about termites, explaining how the treatment works and what to expect, what chemicals he uses, and what I should expect for pricing. He even talked to me about scorpions and told me how to do my own treatment if I wanted to.

Very honest man. I would not hesitate to use them. He was very knowledgeable about the services that they offer. Thanks again David.

Whatever products they use are awesome!!! We always find dead scorpions. This one was huge and so happy the service works.
