Best Emergency Services in Phoenix AZ

I shouldn’t even be giving them a 1 star but there no way of leaving a 0 , worst customer service I have ever experience with a business I was told I was gonna get a call back because of a service that was done at my house incorrectly and yet I’ve been waiting on that call for over a month now and no response from anybody I have called multiple times and yet nobody has reach me. I’m not using you guys EVER again after this experience. I don’t recommend using this place the tech guys just spray wherever haven’t even seen a change !!!

I had bed bugs for about 2 years. I Spent thousands here and there on different attempts. I should have gone with these guys first. Their 2nd treatment got rid of all the bugs and I'm so relieved. Save your money, go with the expensive option first.

Great service- friendly, professional and affordable. Monthly service to ward off scorpions- no pests in the house since we started with Citywide. Dave is the best, so are the admin staff.

Noticed a difference after the every visit.

I got a proactive termite treatment done on my property, since termites are so prevalent in Phoenix. Justin was awesome, and the price was very fair. He went above and beyond in every way.
After he finished the job and left the property, I went into the bathroom, and smoke (yes, smoke), was coming out of the a/c vents, along with an acrid electrical fire type smell. It was most frightening. It dissipated after about 5 minutes, and has not come back, but I so appreciated that after I called Justin, he came back to double check everything to make sure that I was safe.
I’ve yet to determined what caused the smoke, but I did really appreciate Justin’s quick response to check everything for me, and give me peace of mind.
I would 100% recommend this company to other.

Everyone we've dealt with at Bug Science(from the office to the owner) are INCREDIBLY knowledgable, intelligent, passionate, and personable! The service is modern and streamlined with an easy to use online customer portal system. (It even has historic data and photos of services preformed on our home from a year before we even bought it!!!).
I spent a few years working in pest control and actually planned on spraying my own house. After talking with the Adam and learning more about the Bug Science system and service, it was a no brainer to step aside and let a real PRO take care of it. We couldn't be more pleased with the value and quality of the service.

This business is excellent. From the phone call to the people who came to my home, they were professional, courteous,and friendly. They called to let me know they were on the way and showed up when scheduled. Most importantly they removed the bees, not kill them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. Very rude customer service, trying to call because I have so many cockroaches in my house, the lady hanged up, what a rude lady please find someone else who can receive calls and appointments.

We are super impressed with Green Magic Pest Control! We have been looking for a pest control company for quite some time. I reached out to a few companies via email and phone and never heard back. A colleague of mine referred us here and I contacted Green Magic that same day. I was contacted back within five minutes of calling and Matt was very helpful in explaining the services/pricing. We did our due diligence in asking a few friends and family members what they pay for their services with other companies and Green Magic is SUPER reasonable in comparison. They also offered us a discount for our initial service which I really appreciate. Matt was able to schedule us for service the day after inquiring. Thank god for that because our pest problem has gotten a bit out of control and we needed someone to come out here like, yesterday. Soren did an awesome job while he was at our home. He was very informative, thorough, and kind. He removed all of the webs around our house and sprayed both inside and outside. Super happy with Green Magic's communication and service. 10/10 would recommend.

Ben and his dog, Berkeley, scouted my house for bedbugs, and the entire experience was friendly and professional. Ben was extremely reassuring about the whole situation and answered all our questions about treatments and how to move forward. Berkeley was very sweet and well-behaved. Overall a great experience, despite the involvement of bed bugs.

Used for years now merged with moxie. Now terrible.. moved on to another local independent service. Bye moxie hello Nocturnal pest control!
