called him on a friday night for a multi housing property we have, & let me tell you for it being at 6pm they were out there able to get the job started & completed the next day. i was shocked with such ease, quickness & professional service. i even saved some money when he went out. i was being charged normally $1200. mike only charge me 800! man i appreciate this man & what his company does. thank you again brother for everything.

I booked with them and waited all week for an appointment. I called them on the day of the appointment asking when they would be here. They called me at noon to let me know they can’t come, offering to refer me to someone else. Absolutely unacceptable to cancel on the day, after the stated appointment time, after waiting all week for this appointment. They obviously have too much work to care. I could have had the issue fixed if I had gone with someone else.

Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

I called today to have someone come out. Just returned from vacation and the washing machines stopped working on the first load of clothes and flooded the closet the washer and dryer are in. I need someone to pull out the washer, replace the plumbing and knobs that no longer worked, cut down the pipes and add new recessed knobs.
Pepe came out the within an hour and a half of the call. He removed the washing machine ( no easy chore and even put it and the dryer on the side of the house for me. Then he proceeded to clean up ten years worth of accumulated dust, dirt, and other things that had dropped behind the washer and dryer. The space was so tight that it was never cleaned nor could you see what had accumulated. He then cleaned the floor and did his plumbing job.

He is my hero today. I can have the new washer installed next week and the plumbing job is perfect. I could have never moved the machines on my own so Pepe went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful that you have such a great team of people working for you.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Circle J Septic is an awesome local business. Josh and his employee came out on a Sunday after I called to look at the job. We scheduled for the next day. The showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They left my house in the same condition that it was in when they arrived. I have used other septic companies in the past, but none of the others did near as good a job! I highly recommend Circle J to anyone that needs their septic system pumped.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Great experience with Rooter Ranger! Our kitchen sink was not draining like normal and we decided to call a plumber. The communication from the beginning to end with them was excellent. I called to setup an appointment and the lady on the phone was very nice. The dispatcher was accommodating and helpful. Tyler came out the next day and then Jim came by with the camera to see what was causing the problem. Turns out we had grease buildup! Thanks kids! Jim sent Jesse out to hydrojet the pipe and then Jim came by later with the camera to make sure that the pipe was not “bellied” and that all the grease was out. We didn’t pay until the job was completely done! Rooter Ranger is affordable and has amazing customer service. Definitely recommend them!

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Used this company 4 times in the last 2 years. Very responsive, professional. Everybody seems to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They kept me updated on every single step. No surprises. Belsito Plumbing provides exceptional customer service! I called at 10pm on a Holiday and the owner answered. He set up an appointment the very next day and was so pleasant on the phone. I needed service ASAP for a rental condo plumbing issue. I have tenants in the condo with a new baby. I was so impressed by having my phone call answered by a live person and the speed at which they were able to fix my issues. They were so awesome and I highly recommend Belsito. I won't ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs!!!!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

We have never used this company before but they were very nice and did a very thorough job. Very professional in there job and very courteous. The plumber was a little late but we scheduled them late in the morning and they were out on the same day. I would use them again anytime. I found there pricing very reasonable. I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
