I just had service done a few weeks ago and was very impressed. I received an online quote and it was the lowest out of all the companies I researched. The techs arrived on time and were finished in less than an hour. He was very informative about the process and chemicals involved. They were careful with trenching around the perimeter and placed the rock back where it should be. I will definite be recommending Bills Pest Control to family and friends.

Our technician, Andrew, contacted us in a timely fashion and arrived at the promised time. He professionally assessed the situation and promptly went to work. He was friendly but courteous. We had a sense that he knew what he was doing. We also appreciated that he explained what he was going to do before he did. He used his time efficiently. Andrew took care of billing in a conscientious manner and then took notes to ensure that we understood what the next step was.

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I could not be happier with this company! My home was infested with scorpions. I tried 3 companies who all claimed they could get rid of the problem. They sprayed, they used a black light and picked the scorpions off the wall and even put dust into my wall sockets. Needless to say, I still had scorpions climbing my walls. Yes, the number of scorpions decreased a bit but with my children, 1 scorpion a week is still too many. Out of frustration and desperation, a friend told me to call Azex. Some of the best advice he has ever given me. Azex used heat to kill the scorpions living in between my walls. They then used a camera to see where the heat was escaping my home and sealed these areas up. They sprayed the entire property and have been spraying monthly. It's been 3 months and we have yet to find a scorpion. Fingers crossed but I believe Azex has done their job. We went from 2 to 3 scorpions a week to 1 a week and now to zero in 3 months. My family loves Azex and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

On the phone, they said they charge $175 to remove wasps nest in attic using a camera to located and remove. In reality, all the guy did was spray the opening they were going in and out. That they charged $175 (and then also said no guarantee, which they didn't say on the phone).

I would definitely recommend this company! They were very nice on the phone and came out the next day . The heat treatment and chemical treatment really worked. I’m sorry I wasted all my time and money trying to get rid of the bedbugs on my own . Very professional yet also very personable. The cost was very reasonable too !

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.
