Best Cleaning Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Ordered new windows and sliding glass doors for my home. Price was fair, quality is great, the installation team was professional. A 9' and 6' sliding glass door, and six other windows were installed in one day. They took great care to clean up everything as they went. The removal and installation was so surgical we have no repairs, and minimal touch up painting. I would certainly use them again, and definitely recommend Energy Shield for your window needs!

I'll make this short and quick. Did everything go smoothly? No. Did Greg and team do an awesome job and address all the unforeseen issues?Definitely Yes. Ultimately, after the project, the new windows are awesome and I am happy we chose SI (Greg and Team) and Infinity from Marvin.

So much better than expected. When my service guy found he could repair without using special order parts, he lowered my estimated bill and proceeded to take care of the problem. I am grateful.

Was told mirror would be ready in 3-5 days and they would call me. No call. After 7 days I called to learn that my mirror was damaged....2 more days. 2 days later I was told 4 more days and I would receive a call. No call. 14 days later I received a call. They applied a small discount and blamed their supplier. Would not do business here again.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

This company did an excellent job re-roofing our home! They were highly professional, prompt and efficient. They completed the job in one day, which included clearing our roof of snow, stripping the old shingles and discovering that the plywood needed replacing, stripped all of that and replaced it with new before doing the new roofin. All in one day!

Do not recommend. I have two patios that are in need of roofing repair. The house is originally 1600sq ft, and had an addition that brought it closer to 2000 sq ft. I Initially asked for a quote for just the front and rear patios and they said they would have to replace the whole roof because they are connected. They also included the price for solar, and the total quote came to almost 120k. When backing back out to only doing the roofing work, the total estimate came to 65k. The rep also used what I think is a clearly shady business practice. They gave two estimates one was a guarantee price plan for the year, and the other was for the first time visit, which was 11% less expensive, but still over 100k. At the end of what was originally supposed to be a short estimate process, that actually took about half the day, they wanted to get started on paper work right away. When I said I would need to sleep on it at the least, they pressured me to make the decision right then and there. I had to ask multiple times to clarify if I called back in the morning if the first visit discount of 11% would still be there and they said no. When I made it clear that I needed time to think, they actually took back the poorly broken down quotes that had the first time visit pricing listed.Note: The reps were at my house for about half the day, there were other signs of deception aswell, the ones listed above are just the most extreme to me, but to a lesser note they would also inflate estimates, they were basing the quotes off of 4600 sq ft of roof, which could only be true if I had a steep roof ( I live in a hot climate with little pitch to the roof). They also listed each of the typical cost ranges for clean up, decking, underlayment and the roofing, and each one was priced out by sq ft. The ranges were wide ( probably to accommodate options like flat roofing vs tile) and they used the highest number in each scenario.When googling how much a new roof costs it shows 1.5 to 3$ per sq ft with average costs being from 5-12k in my area for asphalt roofing. Even at double or triple that rate it would still be less than half the quote for just the roofing portion of the quote.This whole situation is absolutely crazy. Every person I talk to about this has been absolutely shocked. Initially I saw good google reviews, but now I think they must be fake. The simple fact that when googling power home remodeling it also brings up 'People also ask: Is Power Home Remodeling an MLM', speaks volumes.

So let me say up-front we've only had these windows and sliding door for about a week, so I can't speak to lasting quality just yet. We started with single-pane aluminum frame windows.

We got:
-10 or so windows
-including 4 that are pretty much floor to ceiling and required a lot of work that they did not charge extra for.
-1 French-style Sliding door (sliding door with extra trim to look like a french one)

Cost: about 10K total after rebates and deals and such

Quick summary: Everything's great so far

Long summary: So up front Rudy was a pretty cool guy. Didn't push me to upgrade anything. Was polite, and was willing to come by twice to work on our quote.

Measurements went crazy quick, and no one had to enter our house (COVID time, so that was good)

After about 6 weeks our windows were ready to install, and they got it done in one day, taking about 10 hours. This includes the door, and the aforementioned 4 huge windows that required more effort.

Staff was professional, didn't leave a mess, and even helped us move stuff away from the windows. They look great.

Effects:
-SO much quieter in the house now
-Slightly easier to cool the house off, but we're on a historic streak of 110+ degree days
-Again, they look great

Great company. They came out while it was raining two weeks ago and were able to tell what needs to be fix once roof dried. They fix the leak and the price was reasonable. Will call them again if I ever need them again. Thank You Castile Roofing.

We had Gary out to our office to do some various small jobs. One was installing a new kitchen faucet in our breakroom. After he left, there were issues with the faucet so we thought. He came back to our office and replaced the faucet at no charge. It wasn't the faucet issue at all. It was a problem with the hot water heater and the pressure to the faucet. Gary went above and beyond working hard to fix this issue. He is very nice, and I will definitely ask for him when I request Handyman Connection again. I highly recommend their service. They are professional and fair! Thanks for the hard work Gary!
