Excellent pest control company! Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable! My wife and I have been experiencing the Central PHX roof rat problem the last 6 months. We had been using another pest control company to seal up all possible entry points into our house, but continued to have issues with rats (catching about 26 rats). We couldn't take another day of living with these in our attic, so our current pest control company enlisted the help of Urban Desert to help identify where these rats were gaining access to and from the house.Urban Desert utilized a smoke machine test in the vent pipes to determine if there was a possible leak/hole somewhere in the hope. Within minutes Brad and Chad, were able to identify where the issue was coming from, a vent pipe that hadn't been capped by the contractor/plumber during the remodeling of our house prior to purchase. Required minimal dry wall cutting, but it was worth it to help find out where rats were coming in( they had free reign coming in and out of the house through the wide open hole in pipe). Without this smoke test that Urban Desert provides, we still would be battling the roof rat issues.Chad and Brad went above and beyond their responsibilities, helping us cap the pipe correctly, cleaning up the rat feces/nest and cleaning up the mess from the dry wall. Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.
