Best Bed Bugs Termite Control in Phoenix AZ

I have monthly exterminator visits and just had mine today. Cameron did an amazing job. He knocked on the door loud enough I could hear it from the opposite side of the house, and not a lot of people do that anymore, he was respectful and did everything I asked of him.

It was finally time for us to get a pest control company to come out to spray as a precaution, as first time home owners. So many companies out there to choose from. To learn Copper State Pest only started in 2021 is mind blowing. Everything from scheduling to paying is as easy as it gets. Based on my research, this was by far the best bang for our buck due to the extensive spraying they do at your house. Alex came out to our house, and just like everyone else, we have nothing but AMAZING things to say. It’s important if you have someone come into your house , they make you feel comfortable. That was exactly alex. I am very grateful that I have found my pest control company for the future- I was absolutely blown away. Can’t even fit all my compliments in here.

We went with his recommendations. He is very calming, understanding and did make us feel embarrassed at all about the bed bug problem!! Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!

Adam is AMAZING. I just started using his services as I just moved from apartment living into our first home in Gilbert. I had seen some activity and was terrified and each time he has been out he has been EXTREMELY informative, professional and provides the utmost customer service. He is always very punctual, if not early, and has amazing communication skills. I honestly just wanted to spray a couple times and call it good, but because of his customer service I want to make sure to help support this small business and refer him to whoever needs help!
