Alex the owner is awesome, I’m sure like everyone we wanted no bugs , scorpions, or any creepy crawlers in our house, with that said we purchased a new home, and when we got there after the people had moved out, we found roaches, ticks, scorpions, and some other stuff that I don’t even want to mention, and we were freaked out.
Our realtor heard about Alex and recommended him to us , Thank you Alex thanks for your patience. Thank you for taking care of us. I don’t know what more to say but we picked the right pest control guy. Btw no subscription, great prices and a nice guy with so much knowledge of the area and its intruders. I think if you try him you will have your forever pest control person!

We have been using Family First Pest Control for a little over a year now and it's great to finally have pest control that works! Josh took care of our 10yr long scorpion problem! We used to get 1-3 every month, even with cats, and now we've seen ZERO! Josh is very knowledgeable, always on time, and he has competitive pricing. No chemicals inside my house and no treating near my garden and we are still bug free! Love that they are family owned local business too, check them out, you won't be sorry!

Came out on short notice to keep my Daughter happy so she could sleep at nite and scheduled a return visit. Very personable.

Chris is a pleasure to work with. He came in, assessed our situation and told us exactly what we needed, and how it would be done, as well as the price and warranty. When he came in to do the service, he worked with our schedule and was timely and efficient. I know that our company will use this service again.

Worst business EVER. I have a live animal in my wall. I called Sunday they said they could come out Tuesday. So I take the day off work they will be coming between 1-5. It gets to be 4:08 so I call the lady says yes it’s confirmed he will be there and he will call on his way and confirms my phone number. It gets to be 6. I call again and they are like hmm we can’t find you at all in the system. Leaves me on hold for 40 minutes!!!! I finally just hung up. My whole community uses them and believe me I will be telling our HOA they need to drop this worthless business.

Did a fantastic job and was very responsive. The house is a rental property. They contacted the tenant and arranged everything. This is the second time I have used them and will be the only ones I call when I need their services, but hoping I never need to use them again.
