I had used multiple pest control companies at my house for the past 5 years and always had a continuous scorpions. I thought I would just have to live with them forever. I can now say I haven't seen a scorpion for over 3 months now (A NEW RECORD!!!).

Alex, with Copper State came out. He was on time, friendly, and definitely knew way more about what he was doing than all the other techs from all previous companies I've used.

He went into detail about why what the last companies were doing wasn't working, and he also found entry points where the scorpions were getting in and sealed them up on the spot for me.

On top of all this great service he provided to me he also went way above and beyond and leaf blowed my yard to make it look nice and clean for no extra cost. Alex truly does care and it shows. I will now be using him and Copper State Pest Management for life!

Late Saturday night we discovered a dead bed bug. For months my husband had been bit but since I never was bit I figured it must be something else. (I later learned I was being bit but my skin doesn't react to the bed bugs.) The dead bed bug confirmed my husband's suspicion. Saturday night we read reviews of companies and hardly slept. I wanted to go with a pest control company that only dealt with bed bugs. Sunday morning I called another company and the phone rang and rang and it never went to voice mail. I called AHPS and Tyler answered by the third ring and set us up to meet with Chris at 10:00 the next morning. My husband and I SO APPRECIATED the quick turn around service.

Monday Chris arrived ahead of schedule and set us up for Tuesday. We debated between just spraying our home or heating and spraying. We decided to do the heating and spraying because we wanted to be DONE with the bed bugs immediately and it comes with a year warranty as compared to six months with the spraying. I had a ton of questions and Chris was very patient answering all of them.

Tuesday Chris and Darnell showed up early again! They heated our bedroom and sprayed the rest of the house. We both slept so well that night.

Saturday night we went to a BBQ. Sunday morning my husband had some new bites and suspected bed bugs. I told him I thought it was mosquitos. On Monday I felt a few more bites as did my husband. We were both freaking out. We texted Chris and asked him to come over that day to spray our room. He texted he was surprised but would be over that day. He called us as well and on the phone we learned that he had also sprayed our room and if there were any bugs they would be dying quickly. Once we heard that we decided not to have him spray.

I have rarely been so happy with a company. Their prompt service, willingness to come out a second time, professionalism, everything was amazing.

I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and most important honest! They offer a guarantee, which we haven't needed because they were so thorough we haven't seen one bug... Definitely a top-rate company with fair prices.

I have them do pest control and had them do a very impressive bird control job, mainly pigeons destroying property. They did such an amazing job at blending my home's facade and walkway with barricades so that pigeons cannot not land or nest. It's been a lifesaver.

Seems like a family owned business from my experience, and they really care about their customers. Jim came out to get rid of some Sugar Ants and the process was quick and painless! Jim is extremely knowledgeable and a very pleasant individual. He explained every step, every chemical and their purpose, identified reasons why the ants withing the first 45 seconds on being inside the home, and offered ideas for products that would help keep future pests at bay. We actually walked and talked the entire time he was spraying around the house. Very professional, knowledgeable guy who is pleasant to converse with even while working.
